While this is KH related, it's a bit silly so I'm placing it in Random.

 

So as you may remember from some of my past posts, I showed some weird stigma toward Kingdom Hearts 2. Most of my criticism was basically crap along the lines of "The story makes me cringe" or "The magic system sucks" or even the classic "Where the :smile: :smile: :smile: :smile: is the dodge roll?" or the classic "It's just a button masher!", but I digress. After playing the Final Mix version of the game on Proud mode, I have to say I see why everybody favors this game. It's :smile: :smile: :smile: :smile: ing great, actually. The first time I played through I wasn't even playing properly, so forgive me for my dumbassery. The story is actually decent (and explained much better in Final Mix thanks to additional cutscenes), the gameplay is really fast paced (and pretty challenging, especially on Proud and up), and the drive forms are great. Even after beating the game I'm going for 100% completion now. The Data Battles are a pain, but I'll just have to learn the right techniques. Anyway yeah this is basically my favorite KH game next to Birth By Sleep now and it rekindled my interest in the series. Pardon my past criticism.

Yeah, I expressed my disliking of it previously and I feel dumb for doing so. There's a different between an opinion and not fully comprehending a game's mechanics but back then I thought KH2 was all hacky-slashy, easy, and didn't really understand how drive forms worked. What I'm really worried about is how I always used to go on tiny rants in YouTube comments about KH2. I probably sounded really dumb in them. Whelp, time to backtrack and delete those comments.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion so whether you criticized or not no need to apologize for it...

Kind of the opposite view from me on the BBS/KH2 debate. BBS to me feels out of place and alters the plot in ways I personally don't like, but I loved KH2. Odd.

True, but my opinions of the game back then were mostly my own problems.

You're Deadpool, we know better than to take anything you say or do seriouslySorry about what they did to you in X-Men Origins: Wolverine, and that they keep holding up your own movie though.

So does this mean that it's a bad thing that people such as myself still prefer other games such as the first? I love KHII, but I still prefer KHI. Guess that's a crime against humanity.
