Has anyone been experience this glitch? In my copy of the game, the enemys goes into T shape when I defeat them.  Also, Sora and Riku oddly lose all their health at random. (For example, when the battle of Young Xeanort started, Riku lost all of his health. The boss didn't even attack him!) Is there anyway to fix this glitch?

Did it start happening now? Maybe you should try restarting the game from the beginning?

The only kind of glitch I've seen in DDD is where a Dream Eater will rotate 90° backwards but otherwise act normal. Although these glitches are certainly curious ones….

 

In terms of the first glitch: when you kill enemies and they go into a T-pose, does it happen instantly or do they sort of slide to it? And does every enemy do it or just some of them?

Also, have you noticed anything in common that happens when you get really hurt, or is it literally random? What sort of things are you doing when it happens? And does it kill you, or just reduce your health to 1HP?

They goes into T-pose instantly when defeated. Also, Sora and Riku literally loses health random a lot. Sometimes after visiting shops or playing minigames or even walking around the area they instantly lose health quick. Plus, enemies didn't attack them. And yes, they lose ALL  their health.

It started when I started playing. I already try to restarting the game many times, but the glitch keeps happening.

Sounds like you may want to junk it. 

It sounds like something someone would do to prevent Piracy. But I don't think that's what's going on tbh. If I were you, I'd buy a new copy.

Damn, sounds like an error with missing Meshes. Where'd you get your copy? If you've tried restarting it and it still happens, the problem is already in the card.

The best thing I can suggest is to try and clean off the cartridge's contacts (w/ rubbing alcohol), but if that doesn't work then there's probably not much else you can do.
