Posted March 11, 201511 yr Square Enix has announced that all DLC tracks for Theatrhythm Dragon Quest will be FREE. There is also a demo now available on the Nintendo eShop in Japan.
March 11, 201511 yr This is a series of games I will probably never get to play outside of demos. It's not that I don't like rhythm games, it's just that there will always be something better coming out to overshadow a rhythm game for me. It's that reason that I haven't gotten around to playing games like Donkey Konga and the Rhythm Heaven series.
March 11, 201511 yr Holy crap, this is amazing news. Just makes me love DQ even more, even if Enix isn't developing this themselves. If you're looking for a rhythm game, Elite Beat Agents (DS) is great, and it's only $5 at Gamestop last time I checked. It's kinda short, so it shouldn't get in the way of playing other games. Unless, of course, you're like me and end up spending hours trying to perfect your scores, and then importing the other games in the series to do the same with those.

Enix never developed any games themselves. Funny thing with this title though is that the Dragon Quest division isn't handling it, it's division 4 who do Dissidia and Theatrhythm
