Yeah, there is no excuse for stating the exact opposite of something that's made clear within the first 10 minutes of the game in a review.  Makes me wonder if they even played it.

In IGN's Top 25 PSP Games list it says:

 

"Chronologically the first Kingdom Hearts game in the series, Birth by Sleep tells the story of three Keyblade Masters: Aqua, Terra, and Ventus."

 

Wow IGN.  First sentence and you already got something wrong.  Worse this was something that was made clear within the first 10 minutes of the game.
