I voted for Birth by Sleep, but I feel Chain of Memories and Re:coded had very enjoyable gameplay too.

Kingdom Hearts II has that fun but very easy gameplay that I'll never hate. However, it's not the best in the series by any stretch.

Chain of Memories has to have the most underrated gameplay and battle system in the entire series. It's actually ridiculous how much hate it gets from some. I will admit though, I hate how Re:CoM plays, the game feels very clunky in 3D and didn't transition well from GBA to PS2.

Without a doubt, DDD. I never get tired of playing, it was the only KH game in which I got level 99, and without get bored fighting and exploring. With flowmotion it was soooo fun! Just jumping around, going everywhere. And I loved the Dream Eaters, some of them are really cool, and since I like Pokemon... xD

Damn, this was a hard one for me to pick, and even though I love the gameplay that each game brings, I have to say that Kingdom Hearts II's gameplay is one of the best in the series, and I can only imagine that Kingdom Hearts III will take that title soon!  But anyways, back on topic, Kingdom Hearts II's fluid combat, mixed in with movement and growth abilities, really marks this game among the pinnacle of gameplay in the series.  Everything, from the Drive Forms, Summons, Limits, Reaction Commands, Traversal and World Travel are all handled brilliantly!  And Kingdom Hearts II has got the most intense array of optional bosses in the series to date!  It's that good!

Also, I feel the need to mention that my close second and third for gameplay are Birth By Sleep and Dream Drop Distance. :3

As much as I like the reaction commands and drive forms in KHII, I'm gonna have to go with BBS. Shotlocks saved my ass during the final Vanitas battle in Ven's story. Not to mention drive forms are super hard to level. (I miss my dodge roll!)

KH: Challenging, but incredibly slow and clunky, so not much fun.
CoM: Cards
KHII: For me I'd have to say this was the best, it was fast-paced and fun and still required timing for most reaction commands even if it was one of they easiest systems.
Days: Haven't played in forever but I did like that some Keyplades had different combos for the A and Y buttons.
BbS: Shotlocks are basically auto-win
Re:coded: Much like Days I don't remember much beyond the over-clock gauge
3D: Same boat as Days and Re:Coded Been to long to remember anything beyond Flow-motion.
