Has anyone ever wondered why there never was one? I would love a MMMHX2. Maverick Hunter X was a great remake and help give The X series more definition and story background for the characters. So does anyone know what's up with this.

I guess MMMHX didn't sell so much so they just stopped.

Yeah, I hear MHX kinda blew it sales-wise so they didn't wanna take the risk by continuing the series. Kinda sucks, too. I haven't played it myself (I hear you're better off sticking with the original SNES MMX, and I do), but I've seen videos and hey, I'm always up for more voiced cutscenes about... Mavericky type stuff things.

I got it used. Thought it was pretty great, but yeah I assume low sales and the like shot down chances for a sequel. And also Capcom's reluctance to make Mega Man games.

If only there was a way to get, capcom to bring mega man x back.

I haven't played Mavrick Hunter X,but from what I've seen it doesn't look as good as the original and the soundtrack doesn't sound as good as the original as well,so I never got any reason to buy this remake if its inferior to the SNES version.

It was the same except for graphics and the story is more defined for both the mavericks and maverick hunters. I wish that the whole series was maverick Hunter x
