Pokemon RP

 

This RP will consist of the Kento region and first generation pokemon.

I will actually play this DnD style as I will roll dice to actually make certain events happen. This is basically like playing pokemon RBY but with more options.

 

-Role play Rules-

1. Obey all Kh13 Rules

2. Keep the RP, PG with some cursing as PG13.

3. Name your favorite 1 Gen pokemon as confirmation you read the rules.

4. PM for any concerns during the RP.

5. Please know I will alter some dice rolls to keep the RP fair.

6. Do not control any one else's characters.

 

I will not participate in the Rp bit will narrate the RP and play as NPCs. I will also keep track of everyone's items, pokemon (party and in PC), Bagdes and stats.

Two important questions, are Mega Evolutions allowed and can we have some Pokemon from another region? Like if I wanted a Pichu on my team will that be allowed, as it does evolve into Pikachu?

Personality: Satchel Brooks is a kind, gentle person, but he's also very impatient. Waiting isn't his game. He's also quite nervous around people, especially authoritatives such as parents and professors.
Bio: While Satchel is impatient, his nervousness gets the better of him: He waiting until he was 15 to get his Starter Pokémon, so he started later than most of his classmates. He had trouble with confrontation, so he never wanted to see the Professor. His home life is great, loving mother and father, no siblings. He has always lived in Pallet Town, admiring the people who come and go.

No mega evolutions and as for the other regions only exception will be if one of it's forms are in Kanto. But you can't find it in the foreign form in the wild. You have to breed or evolve on accident or something for your character wouldn't know about that form.

Don't you question Mega Evolution to a true fan of Mega Evolution! They help the Pokemon's stats and changes the gameplay up, plus it makes weak Beedrill into "You're going to die!" Beedrill!

Isn't it just based on the connection with the Pokemon? If so I'll go ahead and do it. It'd actually make thing interesting But I'll choose if it happens as The DM.

If you decide for "YES" on Mega Evolution, I'd say you should go for something Similar to Red's story on Pokémon The Origin.

It'll be based on your relationship with the Pokemon. When I think you. Have a great connection and a,strong bond and there's a tight situation I'll trigger it for the first,time. Then after that it can be use more. How is it used in the games.

You need a mega stone like how Red had a charizardinite x for Charizard to Mega evolve to Mega Charizard X.

Me too. I mean, it does seem interesting. Why not try again, and add a bit more flair to it? Give some story details, don't make it a regular redo of Kanto. Maybe make a new region, a new Region, or something similar.

Personality: In his younger days he was happy-going, and charismatic. However currently his personality is drastically different. He's quick-tempered, bitter, and manipulative. He only has respect to people he considers to be strong, and will spat out sarcastic comments to figures of authority without a second thought. He only cares for himself, his well being, and his soon to be pokemon. He expects people to respect him and treat him to a higher degree for being a 14 year old kid. This is involved with his goal of being known throughout the region, and wanting to become the strongest. His greatest fear is being forgotten and/or ignored. This triggers his quick temper to the most violent.

Bio: Fenris has lived in Pallet Town all of his life. Both his parents were adventurers, his father working as a pokemon photographer for multiple agencies. This allowed Fenris' parents to go around Kanto together and explore, sometimes even to other regions, but that also meant leaving Fenris all alone for most of the time, as they didn't take him with them. When he was around the age of 7, his father had died in an accident, after his climbing equipment malfunctioned and he fell to this death. This devastated Fenris. However his mother would add salt to the wounds by introducing Fenris to an adventurer friend just a few weeks after his father's funeral. He didn't think much of it at the time. That is until his mother told him that she would be going on an exploration for photos with this 'friend', and that she would be back in a few days. That was 7 years ago. As Fenris grew up alone he grown to assume that his mother simply left with her partner, possibly to a new region and to a new life. The loneliness turned to hatred, and so he has come to hate the fact of his small existence. His goal for his adventure is to become someone who's name is known throughout Kanto, regardless the cost.
