Final Fantasy IV: The After Years is now available via Steam for Windows PC. This is a port of the full 3D remake available on iOS & Android. A bundle is also available that includes both Final Fantasy IV and Final Fantasy IV: The After Years via Steam.

    4 and after years together is 35 bucks

    I got FF4, After Years and the Interlude for 30 bucks years ago on PSP
