"What was I to do? you guys weren't exactly whispering" Xicor said with a calm tone, as of which he meant no insult or hostility towards Feredir, "And I didn't pay much attention, so, I didn't hear that much." he explained, although yeah, overhearing was still intrusive, he didn't have a heart anyway, so he couldn't exactly feel as much emotions as the others, only a few selected ones.

Silver glanced for a moment, to see his sister watching. He cracked a grin, knowing she'd see. He was a cocky boy, but he was still strong.

"You really like making it difficult, don't you!" Silver exclaimed, as the "ears" on his head grew more defined.

 

"Now it's my turn for my little trick."

 

If Silver had been fast before, he was nearly twice as fast now. Silver turned to the left, his Keyblade lighting up with fire. Silver, in lieu of swiping with his blade, lashed out with his foot and moved to knock Karou back. His Keyblade only went then; an uppercut that went out and sliced the immediate wall of shadow away.

Silver planted his foot down and raced for Karou. When he was close enough, he crossed his arms into an X position and immediately swiped at him.

Feredir chuckled. "Indeed we were not. But you are close enough to hear details." He turned to face Xicor. "He claims not to have a Heart....yet still, he feels..." He thought.

He walked a little closer to him, speaking as he did.

"Tell me, young one, what did you hear?" He spoke with a calm tone, as not to sound demanding yet at the same time, he was. He wished that Xicor was a wise one and would pick his next words carefully.

Moonlight leaned back in her chair while Shadow examined her.

"Mistress, i cant seem to find why you are getting these pains." Shadow said very concerned. Moonlight closed her eyes and sat up. She pulled out a cigar and lighted it.

"I dont know what does your magic orb say?" Moonlight said sarcastically as she blew smoke in the direction of Shadow, he quickly squirmed away.

"MOON! This is serious the orb does not lie! Maybe if you stopped smoking those cigars for once in your life your head wouldn't hurt." Shadow said with his angry face on.

"I'm fine Shadow really, besides my meeting with Axel and Saix didnt end too well, did you do what i told you?" Moonlight said as she threw out her cigar.

"Well...for starters, how Moonlight took claim of this castle, smart move on her part, about her moogle friend, and...about your goal, which interested me, as a Nobody, I took am looking for a place in the world, as much as I am looking for a heart anyway" Xicor answered Feredir's question, "I also agree on the part where some members need to be kept a constant eye on" he added, facing Feredir with a normal expression on his face.

Feredir listened, scoffing a little. "Ahh. So you lied to me when you said you hadn't heard much, correct?" He said, narrowing his glance at Xicor.

"He too is seeking his place....fascinating." He thought.

His expression changed to a curious one. "Then tell me, honestly, who you think needs to be kept an eye on?" He asked.

"If you wish, you can whisper to me. I will not divulge it to others as not to offend them." He added to reassure the Nobody.

"hm, Hiro, and Karou, the way the latter lashed out was unexpected, and Hiro keeps shocking herself, which im sure its for something" Xicor told Feredir, whispering to him so the others would not hear, "And sorry about lying, I didn't mean to" he reassured to Feredir, before looking at him with a curious expression, "Tell me though, how was your past like, before all this I mean?" he asked.

Karou lifted his one Keyblade in hopes to block it but the swap was to strong and in turn caused him to lose his Keyblade, and in turn gets knocked back.

He looks at Silver with wide eyes, 'How... How is he so strong?' Karou asks himself. 

He slowly gets up and begins to walk towards Silver, Karou gets about half way when he falls unconscious due to exhaustion.

"Yes Mistress i did. Do you doubt me?" Shadow asked hugging Moonlight.

"No, we cant have any problems going on. Especially with those idiots around." Moonlight said as she looked at her messages.

"Miss Moon, he really wants to meet with you, if you dont do it, it will be bad news for everyone. You cannot hide from your new members they will find out and they will despise you for lying to them." Shadow said gathering the messages that have accumulated from a mysterious person. 

"he was nothing important to discuss!" Moonlight said as she waved Shadow off to rid her of the messages.

Feredir nodded as Xicor whispered to him. "He shares my opinion on them both."

He pats Xicor on the shoulder. "It is quite all right, I forgive you." He said with a smile.

He expressed a little shock however at Xicors question toward him. Never before had someone actually inquired as to his past. He folded his arms and spoke.

"Believe me, I was a different man back then...or rather, a different boy. For in my youth, I was nothing like I am now." He said, thinking back to his days as a polite young boy who had naught a care in the realms.

He sighed a little. "Those days are long gone now. And as such: Irrelevant due to my current disposition." He said dismissively.

"I see" Xicor said as he understood Feredir, "Well you remember you past, you got that going for you." he said chuckling a bit, "Well...my past...I can't remember, ever since I woke up a year ago, I can't remember anything before it, I couldn't even remember who I was" he shared a bit about his past with Feredir, "Hey, what do you seek in Kingdom hearts?" he asked another question to feredir. He then noticed Karou blacking out from exhaustion, "Well, one's down"

Feredir squinted a little. "Nothing at all, hmm?" He said.

"Must be hard. Not being able to remember anything about your life prior to that year." He remarked, a little sadly.

He took a long moment to think about his response to the next question. He then answered.

"I don't seek power, for I already have it in the form of Sorcery and my Amulet. I don't seek fame for that is petty on its own. And I still have my Heart....I just want it to be as far away from the Organization as possible. They do not deserve it. I shall figure out what I desire from it in due time." He explained.

"I see, so you'l figure it out as you go then? well im still glad to have you on my side" Xicor said with a small smile, as for Feredir's earlier question, "And no, nothing at all, heck, Xicor isn't even my real name, it was given to me by a friend of mine, who gave me the name" Xicor explained, it was harsh speaking of what you couldn't exactly speak of, which has his past, but sinde Feredir shared a bit, he thought he'd do the same, "Well, so we are on race against the organization, whoever gets to Kingdom hearts first, wins" he commented.

Hiro came up behind Xicor.

"You want to know why I have to shock myself?" She asked.

"If I don't, I'll end up going crazy. I did loose my sanity after all~!" She said, full of glee.

"Also, I'd rather not battle with you." She said seriously.

"Thank you though." Hiro added.

"Indeed. I haven't the faintest idea right now." He said.

He was a little surprised by the fact that Xicor wasn't his real name, but still remarked: "It is a fitting name nonetheless."

"A race? ...oh it is more than that." He thought before he said: "As long as we remain a team during and after, then so it shall be. Strength in numbers and all that."

He noticed Hiro and spoke to her. "Insanity is a curious thing indeed, but it is anything but subtle." He said with a hint of sarcasm.

Xicor legitmately jumped back at Hiro's sudden appearance, unconcioussly summoning his keyblade "I see..." he said calming down, dismissing the keyblade "Sure" he commented about the duel being refused, before focusing on Feredir's explanation, "Still, we both seek the same thing, and we are fighting each other for it, whoever is still standing last then wins eh?" he commented.

Feredir frowned. "Now now, this is not a competition. This is a collaborative effort, Xicor. Our enemy is Organization XIII, not each other. Is that clear to you?" He said very sternly.

"Victory can only be achieved if we stand together. And stay standing as one after it all has passed." He stated with some pride.

He pointed at Xicor lightly. "You must learn the value of teamwork and above all else: Trust. Clear?" He said again with sternness.

While Moonlight sent Shadow away, she decided to check out the problem herself. She walked the lengths of the castle to finally reach the vault. Shadow's vault.

How in the heck does that Moogle use this thing. Moonlight thought. She used every possoble thing she could think of.

Moonlight sat down on the floor in front of the vault and waited for an answer to come to mind.

"I...didnt meant it like that, I meant we were fighting them not each other" he said scratching the back of his head, "I agree, teamwork is what will get us through this, I know that" he explained as he frowned a bit. "I dont doubt your abilities, nor do I doubt anyone's here." he said

"Then you must work on your use of words, young Xicor." He pointed out.

He relaxed his expression and his voice. "Teamwork is the quintessential requirement for a Group such as ours to flourish. As is the acknowledgement and complementation of each others abilities." He said, more warmly.

"I do not doubt you, Xicor." He said, placing a hand on his shoulder. "But I do worry about you, as I do the others here, even our leader." He added.

"I even worry about myself at times. But I intend to use this worry to strengthen you all." He said with confidence.

"Well, I did wake up two years ago, so...yeah" Xicor commented about Feredir's statement, "but you are right, we'l need work together to stand a chance to them, if you ask me we need to start working on our team tactics if you ask me, each one is good at something, and we need to use that to the fullest" Xicor explained a bit. 

"We may need to start working on our team tactics soon" he said.

"A rude awakening resulting in amnesia is a very forgiveable reason, Xicor." He said reassuringly.

He looked at the unconscious Karou. "We do need to build our strength and get to know each other, as much as Moonlight needs to know us." He said.

He looked back at Xicor. "You are wise indeed. For we share the same thoughts on this matter." He said with a approving smile.

Feredir soon pondered. "Speaking of Moonlight....what is she up to...?"

Moonlight stared at the vault for quite sometime. Lately there had been much activity behind the vault. Shadow locked it to keep Moonlight out. Moonlight sighed and thought i was probably for the best. Shadow would never do her wrong, she knew that from the beginning. Moonlight walked the halls of the empty castle she didnt pay much attention to the others. Her headaches were getting worse. What is going on ? These headaches the orb ? I just dont get it! Moonlight couldnt keep her thoughts together. She rushed back into her office and sat there and waited.

Feredir continued to ponder and wonder what was occurring with his leader. She had left in such a hurry...holding her head in what seemed to be...pain.

"Why would she be doing that? Is something wrong? Is she ill? Or....." He continued to think, but did not worry too much.

He took his Amulet from his waist and looked at it....then put it back. He was trying to take his mind off of the matter in whatever way he could...

He sighed. "I wish she were more trusting of us....I would do anything to help, if necessary. We are nothing without her leadership." He thought to himself, praying in his head to whatever gods he could think of that something would help him here.

Moonlight could no longer stand the pain. To make matter worse Shadow had yet to return. She sat on the floor in her office when a portal appeared, she stood up quick thinking it was Shadow but instead it was The Organization himself, Xemnas.

"Hello Ms. Takeharu." He said with a grin from side to side.

"What are you doing here? I thought my Moogle told you what i had planned." Moonlight said stepping away.

"You see, i can't comply with you anymore Takeharu. We had a deal." He said as he felt pretty frustrated.

"I dont know how to open the vault okay? Im not even sure if the Moogle did." Moonlight said shrugging.

"Well ask one of your colleages if they know Takeharu, you owe me." Xemnas started walking closer to her.

"They dont know anything and they certainly cannot know you have step foot in this castle, stay within the boundaries of your own." Moonlight said, the pain had not yet go away and now Xemnas kept adding on to her list of frustrations.
