June 9, 201510 yr I am currently enjoying the tv show and the comics (even though the last issue is upon us.) so Sonic Boom hasn't been a complete failure in my eyes. (The name 'Fire & Ice' bugs me though. I don't know why and it really bothers me. Ughhh ) Yeah, it's easy to forget that Sonic Boom isn't just a couple of poorly received video games; from what I understand (and the little I've seen/read) the cartoon and comics are pretty good, and I know that if I were 10 years old again, Sonic Boom is exactly the kind of stuff I'd be into.
June 9, 201510 yr Wow they're actually making a sequel to the first game (3DS version)? That's...surprising since the first one wasn't very well-received by both fans and critics. The levels were far too long and there was so much backtracking. I really do hope that they fix their mistakes from the first game and improve from them in this new game. Also, Amy should have been playable in the first game as well.

I didn't go in with any high expectations but it was boring and tedious. I've seen much worse though like Sonic 06 and RoL which weren't even finished. I think they could fix the faults of Crystal and by the looks of the Sonic Twitter account they do know about the complaints for it. But that's a maybe. Maybe they will make a better game with improvements and maybe they won't. I'm interested to see what they bring to the table but I don't think it will a lot different. I'll wait for reviews of the game though and maybe pick it up cheap somewhere unless it's a lot better. I hope it is. I just want the Sonic Boom franchise to have one good/decent game. Just one please SEGA?

Boom on TV is basically a generic kid's show that happens to have Sonic characters. It's harmless, and sometimes funny, but completely uninspired. From what I've heard the comics are actually hilarious though
