Heroes II is something I imagine will be localized if the first does well outside Japan. XI is possible, but I'm not getting my hopes up after X. Same goes for Theatrhythm. Same goes for Theatrhythm. It would be unfair to compare XI's chances to X since X is an MMO. Theatrhythm isn't even actually up to to the Dragon Quest staff. Haha. MMOs are still played by people outside Japan. Wouldn't hurt to release DQX out here if FFXIV is so popular. I understand this, but since it's DQ, it's better to expect disappointment in terms of a localization since that's all that we've gotten for a long time now, with the exception of one game. FF has a much bigger market outside of Japan though. I'm still not even sure they made DQX an MMO. A single-player RPG for many platforms would have worked fine.
