Looks intriguing so far. Should be pretty interesting to see how well they adaptate it. Hopefully it and the Shadowhunters tv show will show the potential in adapting books for TV rather than film. While rereading Goblet of Fire, I have found that tv is a better way to represent the essence and feeling of the books, not that the movies haven't been awesome and well done already.

Anyways you can check out a teaser for the Unfortunate Netflix show here:

I've heard that trailer is fanmade? Could have had me fooled though haha.

If Netflix is indeed doing a show based off A Series of Unfortunate Events I really hope they pull it off right. The books were of my favorites growing up, the movie they did with it was pretty awful though, to put it nicely.

They confirmed they are doing it. The fanmade thing was like a reverse troll ww

Wait so the trailer actually is official and Netflix was just trolling us when they said it wasn't made by them? Cause it was a great trailer and I'd be interested in seeing similar tones and atmosphere reflected in an actual tv series.

EDIT: I just did a quick search around and didn't find any kind of article saying Netflix confirmed the trailer was made by them. If you had a link to some source where they confirmed it I'd appreciate seeing it
