So I was just wondering(as the topic states) since you guys who live in the states and Europe have it easy compared to me since I have no way of buying games until I get a credit card to order stuff online and I'm not even older than 16(not that I want to get older). There are stores where I live but are way over priced and I refuse to buy them at these prices.(last time I checked recent games range from $70-100 US and older games never go below $40 US and sure I can get a prepaid card right?Nope,it's either they don't have them where I live or I'm gonna end up paying $40 for a $20 prepaid card and it only gets worse as the price goes up) Honestly,I have to resort to piracy more often that not if I want a game or If its a game on a console I have to play it on an emulator(I'd much prefer to support the developers(especially the smaller companies who localize and bring to various VNs to the west and I do intend to buy the games I pirated whenever I get the chance)Don't the tell the Po Po about me  Anyway so yeah the topic?

Since the PS4 is my main console I am able to get games for 10-20 dollars by going to eBay and typing. Example Grand theft auto 5 digital ps4

A used electronics store. Cheaper games for the same level on entertainment. It's the only store that sells games near me, since all others have closed down.

For PC, Steam or the Humble Store. For everything else, I got to my favourite local game store that is literally a two minute walk :)

Must be nice.

Nintendo World, Amazon, and Gamestop. Although it's usually amiibo for the latter.

I purchase my games from a variety of places.  I buy used a lot from random smaller video game companies around the state, and I also purchase a lot of games on either eBay or Amazon.  I almost never go to Gamestop if I can help it because they're just so overpriced and hardly have a good selection, or at least the ones I've been near (plus I'm a weirdo and must buy a game with its case, something that Gamestop hardly offers with DS games anymore).

If I want a game day one, then I'll either get it in Gamestop or Smyths Toys. If I'm really strapped for cash and want a game around its release date then I'll go to Amazon (if it is cheaper only).

Other then that, I make most of my physical game purchases for console games at Gamestop or on Amazon. My PC purchases are nearly always on Steam or Humble Bundle.
