YouTube is a hobby I've wanted and have tried to pursue for some time now, but I always end up falling off the wagon; however, I love Kingdom Hearts and love talking about it with people so I figured making a channel based around it would help me stay with YouTube. I understand that Kingdom Hearts can have massive droughts in between releases (though this year has been raining) and that can be a detriment to keep a channel, based around it, going. I'm not too worried about that aspect as I do have some ideas. What I'd like to know is what tips some of you have as I know there is quite a handful of YouTubers here. Tips can be anything just about anything I'd need to consider such as what editing software would be good for someone inexperienced, content, or how to stick with the hobby. Thanks in advanced to those that want to contribute!

Yeah, I've seen that. I understand I shouldn't but it's something I really want to pursue as a hobby.

Thank you for the advice even though it's just being passed on! Soraalam1 and the other 3 X-Keepers (Cynical, HMK, and Sky) are some of my inspirations for this hobby so hearing his words is definitely nice!

maybe go in with the mindset of it not being a long lasting thing? sounds like content won't be easy to produce on a regular basis. 

I guess you could do basic playthroughs, challenge runs, guide videos on bosses or item collection or leveling up, theory videos, speculation videos, Top 10 videos, speed runs.....those are some of the stuff I'd consider doing if I was going to do a YouTube channel around one series.

Pick a European country and copy their accent then scream a lot. Works every time.

This is the biggest tip you can have and no other tips matter if you're not following this one: have fun.If you don't like what you're doing, or if it feels like a drag, then you shouldn't be doing it at all. So if you love making KH videos then awesome, stick with it! Subscribers will come later but the number 1 priority is having fun :)Now for some technical things; I personally would use either Adobe After Effects or Sony Vegas for editing, not anything like Pinnacle or Windows Movie Maker, they're sort of amateurish, and also release content on a regular basis, whether that be everyday, every other day, every week or every 2 weeks, as long as your viewers know when to come back they will be back :)Hope I helped!
