Xbox head not a huge fan of third-party exclusives

And I actually agree with Phil Spencer here. Third-party games should be available on both platforms.

    I'm sure 3rd party companies have their reasons to make their games exclusive to one console (money of course),but as a gamer I think all 3rd party game should be available on all platforms.
