so at the beginning of KH DDD we see Ienzo as a little boy while when he wakes up he is bigger and Lea and Isa as well...so how did they grow up over that time? when their nobodies were created were they in the appearance of little boys and grew up over time or did they magically transform into how they would look 10 years into the future?

Well two things since nobodies were originally said not to age :

 

1. Since BBS they had at least a year more to grow before they were nobodies- Lea and Isa possibly more than a year since they joined later than the apprentices.

 

2. Honestly what I believe makes sense is they grew or started to grow hearts back ( we don't know which org member nobodies did or did not except Axel who did for sure) If this occurred it would make sense since you need a heart to age and grow.This would add up Any of the org members could've grown hearts.

I suspect Xemnas grew a heart and aged too honestly. ( I have another unrelated theory based off this too regarding MX's revival)

Technically it's the combination of both though bc #1 is still factual and I'm sure they did change during that time period some.

Lea and Isa might have changed since we don't see them in the beginning of DDD but for Ienzo it's obvious that he didn't grow that much

When DDD first came out people compared screenshots and that point can be argued bc of angles I guess. Like I said #1 still applies regardless bc they certainly did grow and change during a whole year between those three characters. Just how much is debatable and that's where #2 comes in.

Correct me if i'm wrong, but I always assume that the first Clip (When Ienzo lays on the ground) Happend during/after the events of BBS. And the Clip when they Wake up was after the Events of Kh2 (After Axel ''died'')

yep u are correct

look at namine's model for COM and then look at her model for KH2. Although she is a very rare nobody since she can co-exist with Kairi and is the nobody of a princess of heart.
