I know its possible to make sub-forums so is there any chance that DC or Aaron or a mod could make one solely for BBS spoilers? Since theres to many liberal users spoiling the game i mean saying spoiler or even spoiler tags arent enough in my opinion I mean Vantias and something huge Aqua does have already been spoiled and I really dont wanna avoid the site like a plague for the next few weeks just over a few impatient people

I 100 percent agree with you. Though I've beaten the japanese version of BBS, there's a lot I didn't know since well I can't read Japanese. I go on every thread on kh13 that shows up on the homepage since I have instant access to the site through my phone and check the main page every hour or so. And I have spoiled myself quite a bit from impatient users. If they can learn to use the Spoiler BB Code it wouldn't be as bad, but most of the users who spoil don't even bother putting the Spoiler BB Code in. And its so easy.

I have to be careful to because of spoilers, because people are stupid and ruin it for people who want to play the game to find out stuff!

lolz its true, but i already spoiled it for myself, which is a typical thing for me

^ Me too xD

It would be nice to have a little sub-forum for it, though. Although I'm not sure why you'd be in the BBS section if you don't want to spoil BBS??

The thing is, the sub-forum would get deleted in a couple of weeks. Most people would STILL post threads without spoilers in the BBS section, so that would add an extra job for the mods, to move all of the spoiler threads into the sub-forum. Spoiler policy just need to be enforced on those who don't follow the rules.

I say thats a pretty good idea, because that a bunch of people post threads and they don't use spoiler tags when it is so easy to do so. But I still think that people would STILL post spoilers in the regular BBS section, not the spoilers sub section.

Thing is, please report the members who do not use spoiler tags, we do not know who all uses them and who doesn't and honestly, it is a bit late to create a sub-forum for a game that comes out in 3 weeks. The sub-forum would then have no other use after people have played the game, that is why it is not a great idea to create one now at this time. It is pretty obvious at times to know which threads to read and which ones that may contain spoilers. I just wish the spoiler tags were an option in the full posting set-up. We can't be responsible for others reading the rules, we can only inform them, it is their responsibility to read the rules and know what to do, but I do understand that it is becoming frustrating, but I will go through and place in spoiler tags when I see it and warn them alongside the other mods, just know that we are all doing that and have done that before.

If you don't want to spoil yourself, then don't look at the BBS forums, simple. Why would you even browse the BBS forums when you don't want to know about BBS?

Also, we have rules in place to avoid spoilers. Yes, I know, some members don't follow these rules, so occasionally something is missed and a spoiler is shown somewhere on the forum. However, if members cannot follow simply rules such as "mark spoilers", then I doubt they post only in the spoilers forum, they will just continue what they're doing.

I know I didn't explain that very well, but what I'm trying to say is, that even if we put in a spoilers forum to solve the problem, the same users that are posting spoilers wrongly would still post them wrongly.

But I dont browse the BBS forums, the only time I do open the page is to create a thread. Its the recent discussions which can have dubious or enticing titles not clearly defined as a spoiler that I stumble across.

The idea for a spoiler sub-forum would be so only spoilers be posted there so users who wanna discuss spoilers post there instead of being left to post spoilers anywhere else even with tags ( a good few users post spoilers in non-spoiler ones). Also I think it should be a timed spoiler thread like other forums use even up to a year.

What Im saying is if they're only allowed post spoilers there then they can't get away with say "oh I forget" or "my mistake" because if they're in the wrong for posting a spoiler even with tags outside of it they're in the wrong.

Basically no spoilers outside so therds no more accidents. Btw I think it'd help just as much if spoiler threads didn't show up on recent discussion ( and I'm aware that if it says spoiler why would I click).
