I don't know if someone's made this already but, in KHII when you about to fight Xigbar he says "You aren't half the Hero the others were" Or something like that so Im guessing He was talking about Ven and Aqua.

Yup. Kingdom Hearts 2 was really setting up Xigbar to have a more important role in later games. In KH2, he mentions knowing other Keyblade wielders (Terra, Aqua, Ventus), and in Final Mix+ he mentions that Xemnas' true plan has to do with Aqua's armor that he keeps locked up in his Chamber. And in 358/2 Days, he mentions how Roxas and Ventus look alike. He also seems to have his own agenda as well in Days, seeing how nothing really surprises him, and he's just grinning the entire time.

 

As for Birth by Sleep, you'll just hafta play for yourself, and see what Braig does.

More like Terra and Aqua, since

he's actually had the "pleasure" of fighting those two. He only saw Ven once, and by that time, he had already been frozen by Xehanort, so he really didn't get to see him in action and gauge his strength.

 

Yeah ,Xiggy Meant Terra and Aqua.
