https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i6V6MgiREHIIt may not be that great but it's my first time doing anything like this so I hope you at least find it interesting! :) Thanks! (also note it sounds better when it's higher/louder up) imoCRAP! I just realised, I posted this in Forum Games instead of Creative Media -_- So sorry! Mods please move it! Thanks!

It's not bad, but I don't know if making an emotional tune more eerie and dissonant actually conveys villainy. This is more like a Lavender Town version.

Thanks so much for the feedback guys :) I agree, it really doesn't fit all that much/sound great, but it's always nice to experiment with these things! Hopefully I do a better job next time! I actually have another rendered video I plan to upload soon which is actually a remix, and not a complete remake, and in my opinion it sounds way better, so I'll also post that when it's done too! :P

I think the opening eight beats (assuming quarter notes and quarter note tempo) provide a good setup. Maybe take a closer look at that third measure; the chromatic run feels like it's taking a little bit out of the mood established in the first two measures. The drone over the piano work, to my ears, is really what kills it, and gives it that Lavender Town feel that Psychic mentioned. I'd say, the key to this is really playing off of the line provided in the first two measures.

Ummm... to be honest, I am not a huge liker of this. It is not good, but it is not fair either. In fact, I would say this is not good at all.
