Posted November 30, 20159 yr Final Fantasy XIII, XIII-2, Lightning Returns and the upcoming FFXV have had their lip syncs completely redone for the English version. Do any other games get this treatment?
November 30, 20159 yr It's hard to say, but I think Tales of Xillia (both 1 and 2) had pretty good lipsyncing. I dunno if the Japanese version had different lipsyncing or not, but they did an awesome job of doing it I think.

November 30, 20159 yr Not talking about doing a good job at syncing. Redoing the lipsync.Maybe they did new lipsyncing for the two versions, but I cannot say for sure if they 100% definitely redid the lipsyncing. I never really got around to check. But if they did lipsyncing for the English version, then they probably did for the Japanese version(s) too.

From what I've seen they're far from perfect so it wouldn't be the case, either that or they did a poor job. Only game I know that redo lipsyncs is "Catherine" for PS3 and XB360. Sounds like something that would get it.
November 30, 20159 yr can't really think of any. i know there are plenty of games where the developers just slap some flapping lips on the characters and call it a day though.
