I was just replaying Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance and I beat Traverse Town the second time as both Riku and Sora and we know that in Sora's Story Neku says let's meet again in Shibuya but that got me thinking, would they remember Sora and Riku? I mean aren't they all the made up from Joshua's memory or something like that, as explained by him once you beat Traverse Town the first time as both Riku and Sora. And since they are part of a memory they shouldn't remember what happened right? Unless it's because they originally aren't from Traverse Town then that doesn't matter.  This all takes place in the Dream Realm so the real Neku and everyone shouldn't remember them right, besides Joshua maybe? I don't know I just thought about this recently and thought about what would happen if they where all to meet up again.

Yeah, they probably wouldn't remember Sora or Riku. The might not even "Be" in Traverse Town: if it's a sleeping world, so the real life counter parts weren't privy to this storyline, and would have no memory of it.

Assuming TWEWY and KH occur in the same universe (doubtful), then the "See you in Shibuya" line might've just been fan service, because I suppose you can assume TWEWY was occuring during DDD, and the characters were a bit busy then. The dream versions of them could be left overs from their deaths in the start of TWEWY, ending up in Traverse town because..er..reasons.

And if they're just memories, they don't know anything past what they see in Traverse Town, and probably ceased to exsist when the testing was over, and the worlds wre no longer sleeping.

If Shibuya does exsist in the KH universe, it's probably a smaller world connected to a more realistic reality than the Disney one's, and wouldn't have Heartless or Keyholes or anything like that, and Sora would never go there.

Or, Sora could just forget the invite fully, and this line just stays a nod to fans.

Unless it was meant as a teaser for TWEWY Easter eggs in KH 3 or some sequel to TWEWY.

I think so. They were part of a real world fallen to slumber. It is still a real world, only stuck in a time lapse, a dream. They too have hearts and they will remember Sora and Riku.

Or it means Shibuya will appear in KH3. That world might be confirmed for all we know and we could be taken by surprise for not taking Neku's line seriously, but at the same time it seems unlikely.
