I have a question, Im trying to find Wild fantasy to make Skelter wild to have exp walker. And in wiki says the drops of wild fantasy come from Sudo Neku and R&R seal which I already have formed them from AR cards. But where can I find them as enemies and get rare drops of Wild Fantasy? What worlds are they in?

You can't find them in the field, they don't have Nightmare variants. Try doing any special portal (the red ones) on Sora's side of TWTNW, they have a chance of dropping the things when you complete them.

A faster way would be to print yourself an AR card out of good quality non-reflective photo paper and then use the 3DS AR scanner to get those dream eaters.
