Hmm, it's good and you have improved, but in the first drawing, the eyes seem more lively and in the second attempt, they are kinda lacking depth?? idk..I feel like everything is a bit too on point in the second drawing compared to your first and that maybe a sense of style was lost and feel like the art style in the second is too trained? Like the hair for example...the hair in the first attempt is flowy and catches the eye and then in the second attempt the hair just seems stiff? 

I'm no expert on art lol BUT you truly have improved, like with anatomy and viewing perspectives. :) Just don't be afraid to make things, er, flowy? xD

 

It really is good though and it's always nice to see people do the meme thing. ^^
