I sadly have not done anything for Easter in a very very long time, and we have just gotten to the point where we don't celebrate it.

Not many of the things above. I usually just chill out with friends or play some video games

There's no easter where I live, we've got a different event going on at that time.

Anyhow, I don't think I would do anything special, I think it would just be another ordinary day for me.

I don't learn about Christmas in school...? Days like Canada Day I do.

That's interesting. I just sort of took it for granted that all schools in North America taught those things like they do in Britain (where I live). British schools have compulsory Religious Education classes where we learn about all major religions and religious celebrations. I didn't know that other countries don't do that. Basically Christmas celebrates the birth of Jesus Christ whilst Easter celebrates his death and resurrection (when he came back to life three days after being killed). But for non-Christians Easter is mostly just a time when you give each other chocolate eggs (eggs symbolise new life) and enjoy an extended weekend.

Eating meat all day every day :^)

We don't celebrate Eater here, at least, not the same way

My family and I'll be like, "Happy Easter! :D," but we never do anything.

Roast dinner, any excuse for a Roast dinner is a win in my books (plus I'm not really a fan of chocolate and I'm not religious)
