My family isn't really the "prankster" type. But maybe some punk kids at public schools could fit the bill! Believe me, this isn't a joke.

 

 

When I mean punk kids, I mean kids who KNOW better, but disobey anyways on purpose. They do lots of things they shouldn't be doing: Smoking, drinking alcohol, fighting, bullying, playing ridiculously loud Rap music on the bus, skipping class, getting into fights with their parents, committing real crimes, etc. And as I said before, these kids are around my age, meaning they should be under the same rules as my brother, who follows all the school rules.
