The war of the gods.Fought valiantly by heroes of yore for eons, the battle between Cosmos, the Goddess of Harmony, and Chaos, the God of Discord, has left a world torn apart by conflict.And yet, even a tale like this had a beginning.The very first conflict of harmony and discord.------------The warriors had be summoned. The assembly stood before their goddess, in rapture of the beatiful maiden before them.A twinge of regret filled the goddess, and she looked away from her warriors. She was ashamed to have gathered them, to have them fight a war in her steed, and for what? She knew exactly what was to come from this war, and yet, she went along with it.However, the mighty dragon would not control her."My faithful warriors," she started, her voice soothing any who had noticed her conflict. "I do not wish this upon you. What I send you to do, I do not wish on any." A light began to emanate from Cosmos, which began to spread around the assembly. "However, there is hope." Each of the warriors felt a strange power surging within them, and the assembly looked again to their goddess. "I give each of you a special power. The power of the crystals. Stay true to your virtues in this conflict, and your crystals shall be manifested."She smiled, her plan already set in motion, as she finished her proclamation, "Go, my warriors. Let your light shine again in this world!"------------Chaos had already dismissed his warriors, only a few minutes after summoning them. He had told them only this; 

"Do as you wish. Fight the warriors of Cosmos and claim victory over her. Only know this...Those who oppose me shall not prevail."The warriors of Chaos had gathered in the old Chaos Shrine, led by the knight Garland, a mighty warrior, the second in command of Chaos.Garland let out a mighty bellow, "Chaos has summoned us all to wage mighty war in his behalf! It is our duty to him that all of Cosmos' chosen fall by our might!"Those in assembly knew why Chaos had chosen them simply by looking at Garland and his massive sword.Chaos wanted the mighty, the strong, the fearless and the wicked to lead him to victory over the goddess.All they needed to do was defeat their enemy.

Johnny felt excited. He shouldn't have been, but he was. Moments ago, he was drifting through time and space, crossing various parts of the multiverse, trying to get home, but now...He was going to war.He, being at near the front of the assembly of heroes, called out to the rest after Cosmos had finished."Alright, everyone! Let's go on an adventure!"Some of the heroes had already begun to split into groups, and Johnny wandered through, looking for someone to team up with.------------Corrin was ashamed to be in the presence of Garland. He had traded his false father, a mad tyrant in Nohr, for another mad god seeking control of the world.Corrin began to walk away, out the doors of the Chaos Shrine."I went back to Nohr to stop the conflict, and here I am in another," Corrin said, adjusting his armor and equipment. "Why am I always in these scenarios?" He looked up to the world outside the shrine."I will not fight your war for you, Chaos."

Elsa was finally satisfied that they were going to Melmond. Good thing, too. Because she was itching to try out her powers for the first time. She'll make sure that the Chaos warrior will pay for what he said.

Johnny looked from Gau to Elsa, who seemed deeply troubled.Johnny whispered to Tay to keep trying to communicate with Gau as he moved over to Elsa."Hey, is everything alright?" Johnny said, placing his hand on her shoulder. "You've been tense ever since we left Sanctuary."

"Huh? Oh, I'm fine. I was, um... Worried about Lisa. I hope that warrior keeps his promise to protect her." Elsa said, relaxing a little. She didn't want him to worry about her, so she put a smile on her face and said, "Don't worry, though. I'm fine, really."

Ace was unusually calm compared to the others.  Afterall this was normal for him.  No different then when Kurasame would give him marching orders.  He was no longer a leader of the group but he also understood how to follow orders.  He was tired of always seeing death.  He began to hum his tune again as the others conversed

Johnny smiled back at Elsa, "If I trusted anyone's abilities more, I would not have left him there to protect Lisa." Johnny looked up to the clouded sky, "I know just how scary this situation is for you. Trapped in a world you never meant to end up in, part of a conflict you never asked for." Johnny looked back at Elsa, hoping his words gave her some comfort. He finished with one last sentiment, "Just know, I'm here for you. This is every bit as scary for me."Johnny then looked over at Ace, who was humming the same tune as when he approached the group. Johnny slowed up so he could reach him and began conversation, "We hadn't really had a chance to talk yet. Is that a song from your world?"

Elsa felt comforted by his words. It's not that she didn't doubt the warrior's ability. It was because Lisa meant the world to her and her family. She definitely felt determined now to end the Chaos warrior's life.

Ace looked to johnny and nodded.  It was a song that mother used to sing to me.  Its been awhile so i can only remember a few verses.  But i wonder if the song is meant to soothe the souls of the living or the dead.  You see in my world its constant war.  My world has never known at least not for long.  This is my first time without mother...  Got to make sure my phantoma stays in tact.

Johnny nodded at Ace, "I understand what that's like. My father's been fighting for years before I was born. Heck, I've rarely had a moment of peace in my life." Johnny sighed a bit, "I thought I'd get to relax a while as my world came back together, but...I was wrong. I've just got to keep up with my ever-messy destiny."

Ace chuckled " Shes not my real mother but she raised me.  She trained me along with 11 others.  They were like brothers and sisters to me but they were more annoying than anything.  But i digress when i needed them they were there.  I wish some ofthem were here."  Ace looked down depressed

Johnny shoved Ace slightly, "Don't give up hope yet. Mog met two people from his world here, you may just need some time to find your family." Johnny looked up to the sky, "I hope I find mine too."

"Me and Lisa want to get back to our family, too. They're probably worried like hell." Elsa said, thinking about them once more. They would be frantically searching for her by now. Hopefully, they won't give up.

Ace nodded "Your right.  This is the last place you want to give into dispair.  Whatever Chaos has planned we will make sure it blows up in his face.  When nine and nine meet nine the depths of reason shall stir, when the seal of creation is broken, a voice like thunder shall sound, and thou shalt know, we have arrived."  Ace said with conviction the passage from the nameless tome.

Elsa i hope we all find a way home.  I was about to end the war back home and got pulled into another.  Ace sighs.  "is there ever an end to the killing?"  Ace puts his hand on Elsa's sholder to comfort her

While she walking with everyone, she can't stop worrying about Terra. Even he made mistakes in the past, he's still her friend. "Terra. Please be safe..." *holding her wayfinder*

"Wow. That was really good. You should be a poet." Elsa said, amazed by those words he said. It really did sound like a quote someone would say. Maybe one of her friends back home would say that...

Johnny smiled at Elsa and Ace, "We'll get home. All of us."Johnny then turned his attention to Aqua. She was getting melancholy again over her trinket.Johnny approached Aqua and inquired, "Hey, what's that trinket about? Who's this Terra?"

Ace chuckled thanks Elsa but its not my work.  What about you?  You seem to really care for your family.  Why not tell us more about them?"  Ace never had a family of his own all he had was class zero and DR. Al-Rashia.  He missed her dearly and wanted to see Rubrum again.

"M-My family? Well, I actually keep a picture of them in my back pocket wherever I go." Elsa said, pulling it out from there. In the photo was Elsa, her husband, her two children, her parents, and her four closest friends. "Well, here they are. My family."

Johnny smiled at Elsa and Ace, "We'll get home. All of us."Johnny then turned his attention to Aqua. She was getting melancholy again over her trinket.Johnny approached Aqua and inquired, "Hey, what's that trinket about? Who's this Terra?"

~Aqua~"it's a Wayfinder." she said "and Terra, he a friend of mine.." *holds the wayfinder closely to her chest* Aqua put it in her one of her pockets. she started to feel a bit better, but worried at the same time.

Ace took the picture and looked it over.  He never knew families got so big.  Of course his artificial family was fairly large.  He missed them suprising Deuce, Trey, Cater, Cinque, Sice,Seven, Eight,Nine, Jack, Queen, King, Rem, and even Machina.  Even tho Machina  had pinned his death on Ace and class zero.  "Your family seems nice.  My family is a bunch of misfits but somehow we get along... most of the time

~Aqua~*nods* "yeah... He isn't the only friend I had. The other one named Ventus." She Said. *smiles* Aqua remembered one time that Terra and Ven used to do Prank Wars to each other. *laughs a bit*(Keep in mind that Aqua didn't know Terra is on Chaos Side)

(OOC: Yep. No one does yet. Stay in character)"Yeah? Like two brothers, right?" Johnny said, seeing the images in Aqua's mind of the two boys laughing with her. "But Terra..." Johnny sees an image of Terra, his left hand covered in a dark aura appear in Aqua's mind. Memories stir of Terra falling into darkness bit by bit. "He is struggling with himself, right?" Johnny looks up to see Aqua's eyes, "I hope he does better than my brothers did...He seems too strong to fall like that..."

"Thank you. That man and those two small children are my husband and kids. The two older people are my parents. And those four others are my friends. I consider my friends family, too." Elsa said, hoping he didn't get the wrong idea about her family. When he said that his family gets along most of the time, she pondered that for a while.

Ace was interested.  He never had friends.  He wanted what she had  maybe not a significant other but friends that he could one day consider friends.  "Maybe one day ill have friends.  One time i did make a friend.  His name was izania.  We talked about our siblings and the strange relationship with them.  I decided to take him on a mission with me but to no avail he got killed in the line of duty.  It was all my fault."  Ace said sorrowfully 

Lightning looked around Melmond. She saw no signs of any enemy nor even sensed any. She was itching to go into battle. Suddenly, to everyone's surprise, Lightning ran off. She was tired of waiting and didn't want anyone to slow her down.

 

While she was running, she saw nothing but small, brick houses. The town was completely empty.
