Phineas and Ferb would be really weird with its art style. They even looked weird when they were added to Disney infinity.

 

Perry would be somewhat ok as a summon or cameo, but the other characters just don't work and Doof is purely a comedic villain.

Maybe it could work as a Winnie the Pooh sort of world. Where you just go around helping the characters.

I think Phineas and Ferb would work in Traverse Town. They could you by inventing stuff for you, that would be a pretty cool Cameo. As a world I can not see it because the show was episodic and did not have a overarching plot like a Disney movie or even Gravity Falls have.
