Kimberly. Oh how I realized how much I like you, the Shyiest girl I been around, and how I realized how much I cared. This is my heart wilding out because of what I have could say. I liked you for months and only this year I talked to you. The thought of me liking a girl who I had zero chance with brought doom to my heart. But alas, You gave me feelings I never felt before. Only talking to you for weeks so I won't annoy you or make a mistake. I realized I wasn't afraid to be myself but I was afraid to make a mistake and I'll scolded. Everything was OK with you even when I apologized for my feelings. But I wish I could ask you for that date instead of being shy and backing. I knew a guy like me could never get a girl like you, but a guy like usually sees a girls potential. You have potential, and I hope you unlock it. I wish I could have seen at your graduation, but I didn't. I hope we meet again in the future because meeting you wasn't by chance. It was by my feelings. It's always great to speak from the heart. Besides the typos, it's great!  

I like the main premise of your message that you're trying to convey.  You're showing sincerity and that you truly care about her.  I do see a few typos, so proofreading it again before presentation would probably be a good idea.  You also may want to consider rephrasing the two lines: "I hope we meet again in the future because meeting you wasn't by chance. It was by my feelings."  It sort of makes it sound like it was all you and didn't really involve her, so perhaps rephrasing it to sound a little less "you" may suffice.  You could try changing it to something like "it was by fate" or something to the effect that you feel it was your similarities--or her wonderful self--that brought the two of you together.

Aw, that's such a bittersweet letter!  It gave me the feels!  I hope that one day you'll be able to work things out with Kimberly, bud!  Sounds like the two of you would have made an awesome couple!  Don't give up, though!  I'm sure you've still got a chance to be with her!  Fight for that chance till the end, friend!
