Wreck-It Ralph 2 officially announced, coming 2018

The internet thing really was a curveball, but I'm hoping they use games and the internet hand in hand. The story of the arcade was pretty good and the whole Turbo thing was interesting. I don't know what kind of story they could do if it focused solely on the internet. The director has spoken about his confidence of getting Mario to appear in a potential sequel before so that would suggest they are still focused on the gaming side at least.

It's anyone's guess though.

Yeah, I mean, don't get me wrong, there's lots of online games that the director could make Easter Egg cameos out of, but I don't know, I just feel like the sequel should focus on console gaming!  But, the director probably knows what he's doing!  He made the first film, and it was amazing, so I'm confident that he'll make a good job for the sequel!  Here's hoping the sequel is good! :D

Seriously though how did they get away with mentioning that?

Haha, some people think it's Stubhub, but yeah I think they really didn't think that one through xD

I'm worried about what's going on in Lubhub, lol.

Hm, I'm really not sure how I feel about this.  I absolutely love the first Wreck-it Ralph, but I don't think it really needed a sequel.  Not to mention now that its more about the internet than video games.  I'll probably still see this movie, but I'll wait until it comes out on DVD.

Usually I don't really like prequels, because they somehow just screw up almost all the time. The only good prequels that were made in my opinion were Finding Dory and Toy Story 3.

This is awesome! If you lool at the WiR deleres scenes, you'll see they wanted to do the internet for that movie. And now they have a chance to do it right for the sequel.

Were Shrek 2, HTTYD 2, TS2, 3, Finding Dory, Rescuers Down Under, and Monsters University needed? Not really. It doesn't mean they weren't good ideas.Except maybe RDU because that didn't have great Box Office.
