In case you don't know, Level-5 recently announced that their working a new game for the Professor Layton series. And here's my theory on it.

 

It has post-Azran Legacy Emmy as the main character. The theme: redemption, free will, and/or moving on with our lives. Maybe the arc words (look it up on TV Tropes) would be, "People choose, slaves obey". Perhaps, it should reveal more of her past.

 

... Come to think of it. If Luke's parents find out that Emmy threatened their son's life, she'll lose their trust.

It's set in the professor Layton universe. You could say the same for Re:Coded, it's a Kingdom Hearts game where they don't even mention Kingdom Hearts (apart from the opening scene).

I don't know. I've just played till Miracle Mask, but I think I'd be all in for it. Although I'd prefer a post-Unwound Future Luke as the protagonist. Seemed kind of interesting when I finished that game.

Honestly, I see an entirely new set of protagonists. Doesn't mean we won't see Layton, Luke and Emmy though. I reckon there'll be a new Inspector as well.

No probs man. You didn't spoil much though, and I don't think i will remember the spoiler ehile playing lol. I really want to play it along with the ace attorney crossover, but i'm saving my money for Pokemon Sun, FFXV and KH2.8 Next spring I might actually think about buying them with Majora's Mask 3D
