Hey there everyone, how's it going?  So then, I found something interesting regarding Star Wars Episode VIII, and it's the fact that the film shall pick up right where The Force Awakens left off!  Here's the article!

As all the other films in the saga have had time gaps between them, this will be the first film in the Skywalker Saga to begin literally right after the previous film, and I find that interesting!  What are your thoughts on this?

To be honest I wanna see what Luke says to her when they first meet so I am happy about this!

No time gap or other war between movies? Well that's certainly a first. It'll be nice to see how things pick up.

Then what's the point of the opening crawl? Probably gonna be a simple recap of TFA. Aside from that, I'm very excited about this decision!

Yeah, I figure that the opening crawl will most likely be a recap of the events of The Force Awakens!  But yeah, it's a pretty exciting decision indeed!  I can't wait to see how it plays out!

A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away...STAR WARSEpisode VIII First Order Strikes Back * Insert everything that happened in The Force Awakens here* Film starts.Seriously though I think that's pretty good, it kind of needed to pick up straight after TFA ended really.One thing I think is interesting, though is that Kylo Ren will be finishing his training in this one so I wander who will be the main villain this time? Personally I wouldn't mind a film where you get to see the first order guiding up their forces more and the resistance and Jedi building up and getting ready to counter attack which would lead into an epic finale for EP 9.

But yeah, I'm really happy that VIII will begin right after The Force Awakens, because I really want to see how the whole situation with Luke and Rey breaks down! I want to see if he'll be reluctant to train her!  My guess is that for the first thirty minutes of the film, Rey will be insisting Luke to help her train, but he'll be reluctant to do it, therefore making her get restless.  It'll probably go to the point she stays days, if not months on that island, enduring rain and God knows what, not leaving until Luke decides to train her!  Maybe this'll be a way for Rey to be tested, and with her resolve, it'll probably be that Luke realizes that she should be trained!

 

But in all honesty, with that look of despair on his face...there's a deep story reflected in those sad eyes...one I want to hear!

 

And for the whole film in general, it's going to be interesting how everything else goes down!  Kylo will probably undergo more intense training, and we'll probably see a first up and close look at Snoke in person!  And well, Finn's actor, John Boyega, said that Episode VIII would be a much darker Star Wars film, so I can't wait to see what that implies!  But yeah, things are about to get even more intense, and I couldn't be more hyped!
