Well this is clearly Kairi in KH3 attire. She's aboard the RS Legacy And she's sporting the new Keyblade she got in that world. The Keyblade's name is "Sailing Star" just in case you were wondering. It has good combo med reach and pretty even increase in attack and magic.

Oh wow, this looks amazing!  Treasure Planet is one of my favorite Disney films, and I really hope it gets into Kingdom Hearts III!  I'd be so happy if that happened! And I love your Sailing Star Keyblade!  I especially love how the tip looks like the sails of Jim's Solar Sailer! :D
