Square Enix have announced a collector's edition for Kingdom Hearts 3D [Dream Drop Distance] in North America, called the Kingdom Hearts 3D [Dream Drop Distance] MARK OF MASTERY EDITION. This set will release on North America on July 31, 2012 for a price of US$54.99! It contains the following:

- Kingdom Hearts 3D [Dream Drop Distance] Game, the seventh entry into the series
- 12 Kingdom Hearts 3D Art Cards with chronicled art from the full series
- 5 Augmented Reality (AR) Cards that unlock rare Dream Eaters
- 360° display viewer for in-game Dream Eaters
- Nintendo 3DS Protector Case specially designed for Kingdom Hearts 3D

Some of the Dream Eaters that this bundle unlocks are Meowjesty, Frootz Cat and Kab Kannon, the last two of which have of course just had their English names revealed from this. A photo of the Mark of Mastery bundle can be seen below. It looks amazing, definitely worth it!

Update 1: The Kingdom Hearts Facebook page have uploaded a large version of the boxart for the Mark of Mastery Edition of Kingdom Hearts 3D. You can see this below. (Click for a much larger image!)

Update 2: An Amazon page has now been created for pre-order for US fans. The price is listed as $54.99, a mere $15 more than the game by itself. Thanks to Loki from KH13 for the find.

Update 3: Thanks to Nobody from KH13, we now know that GameStop have created a pre-order page for the Mark of Mastery Collection's edition of Kingdom Hearts 3D. Great news for those who wish to purchase it!

Because I felt bad that EU/AUS isn't getting anything, so I bought a 2nd copy to sell, and thanks to Nintendo region locking everything, I saw no point in selling the game along with it. o3o

2. You already found someone to sell it to?

3. If yes (which I'm sure you probably have), okay then. xD If not, how much d'ya want.

    I haven't sold it yet. ;D

     

    I'm thinking of selling it for around $40, but I have no idea how much shipping would be, since I've never shipped anything that large or heavy overseas, so I'm still trying to figure that out. @w@

    Well... you could always ship it to my Dad's house. xD He's in Texas and I'm going there for six weeks on the 22nd, so yeah. xP If you would even sell it to me anyway. I've got $80 in Texas and £100 here right now lol, but the £100 would turn into about $165 if I bother exchanging it when I go over. 'Cept I need the £ to buy me Pokémon BW2 and KH3D. @.@ Damn region lock. Meh, up to you, I don't really mind. xD

    Because like I said, I have no use for the NA version of the game. xD & the game is what makes up about $30-40 of the MoM edition I think. Can't remember the NA price of the game, but the EU price is £30. :L

    I've always just planned on waiting for someone to sell the extras on eBay or something.

    went to the eb games store by my work today, turns out that there is a waiting list for the KH MOM Ed. like 8 people long. Iam super glad I pre-orderd early. I honestly did not think it would be this popular. has anyone had this happen?

    I pre-ordred the MoM edition a long time ago but I still feel that the people at gamestop are going to "accidently" sell my copy, oh paranoia, why can't you ever leave me alone. lol

    Does anyone know if this means I won't be getting the MoM edition? I swear to Zeus, I will have their heads if I don't get it!

    Looked on amazon and m.o.m is currently unavailable, thank goodness my copy's coming from best buy maybe it might show up early (who knows)

    Yup looks like amazon.com are all out of MoM editions! YAY for me ordering it like a month before! That i am VERY happy abouth and being in europe is a big WOOP WOOP! Bring on august 3rd!
