okay to sum it up, the guy on sales messed up a transaction and there was a handful of people waiting so while the shift leader tried to fix it, i took on sales and this woman got mad at me for going through the sales process (which is mandatory for me) and "taking too long" (i took like two minutes) and she kept firetrucking complaining and holding up the line more and it was really ridiculous.

Good god, work must be frustrating.
