    Hey Guys I need your help! What is the best photo program (adobe photoshop, windows live... etc) for Anime!? I use to use windows live photo gallery 2010, but I got a new computer so I lost it and I tried re downloading it but they only have 2011 ... I'm getting really worried that I am never going to find a program!! The pic below is what happens when I use WLPG 2011....
