He took off his black hat revealing his crimson hair and gave an exagerrated bow towards Trinity. "I will always your instruction to the letter. But honestly, will this even work?" "It has too" Trinity replied simply. "Their individuality is not assured. And the stand-ins will most likely never allow it. They act like human beings after all." "Of course there human beings. Which makes this all the more difficult. We can't deny one and accept the other. Doing so would only be denying both." "Then what exactly do we do?" inquired Reno. "Well" said Trinity. "We keep going. We keep going into the originals succeed or perish. If they fail we try again with the stand-ins. And on and on" "That would only widen the gap more then it already has" said Reno "Is there any other way?" asked Trinity tiredly. Reno bit his lip. "Well lets see if it works then" "Right. Year 2050 "Impossible... This can't be right" said Kelvin running his hand through his thinning black hair. "What is it sir?" squeaked Riley, head scientist Kelvin's assistance. "Impossible..." Kelvin continued to muttered to himself, ignoring his assistant question. Yet one might have detected a hint of giddiness from Kelvin. All the data he had read, researched, cross examined, and tested all proved one point. One whole generation of children had disappeared. Millions of people all gone. One giant unknown, one giant variable X. With each child in the world born, they recieve some of the traits from their parents. Blue eyes, brown hair, freckles, dimples. All of this depended on the parent. As it had always been in the entire course of history. Yet one thing was different. In medieval Europe, the most terrfying plague, the Bubonic Plague, spread and killed millions. It ravaged entire populations leaving just a small percentage that had existed before the plague alive. All these survivors survived because their bodies were strong. They passed the strength they had, their immunities, down their family line. Everyone after it added their bit of immunity against diseases. A steady growth of stronger cells were passed on with every generation. This passing of these stronger genes have gone unnoticed by the people as they are still contracting diseases. That is because all the bacteria, germs, and viruses grow and mutate creating newer and stronger ones. Based on the health records that was compiled by the Insititute of Medical Sciences, Every generation since the company formation in 1901, showed an increase of these stronger genes. Yet in the year 2000, something happened. The increase of genes was steady up till the year 1999. Yet with the generation of children born in 2000, their genes showed a growth of 2x the normal rate, and from that point on, it returned to its original pace. So theoretically, an entire generation of children had to have disapperead. What an amazing find it was!!!! The clock struck 8:00. Work time was over and everyone started to get ready to go home. Kelvin rushed to his car, with the papers pressed tightly to his chest. To him, this wasnt a cause for worry. To him, this was a mean to be famous, to be powerful. Kelvin licked his lips imagining what his life could be. When Kelvin got to the car, he pressed the button on his car keys and the door unlocked. In his fantasies of power and wealth, he didnt notice the man slipping behind him. The man stuck a knife between the back of Kelvins ribs and pierced his heart. Kelvin fell to the ground in a pool of his own blood. A suprised look on his face. The man wiped his blood stained knife against his coat sleeve. He put his knife in his coat pocket and adjusted his hat. "I am sorry" the man said "But you were to close to the truth. So we had to stop you. I hope you understand" said the man with a cheerful smile directed at Kelvin as if he was still alive and breathing, instead of being dead, face down in a pool of blood. "No hard feelings?" The man walked of into the night, a hand pressed down on the top of his black hat.

I know Vanitas was alive before Ven was under eraqus wing.It was the very beginning after Vanitas was made. Ventus couldnt survive so MX took him to Destiny Islands to die. There Sora's heart kept Ven alive.
