Xemnas can do that. He has all kinds of abilities. Nothing about Xemnas commanding the heartless to halt here. Whenever Sora fought Xenmas in his armor (the first time) Xenmas attacked Sora with all kinds of abilties from other Orginzation members: fire, water, wind, moon. I'm pretty sure he can use time as well. Nothing about him commanding them to halt here either. That was just the power of Kingdom Hearts But after they got out of Kingdom Hearts, Xenmas was still able to make a replica of himself, an ability powered to Zexion. Nor anything here. This seems to make sense, after all, Saix commanded Heartless near the end of that point in Hollow Bastion, so why not Xemnas. (And yes, this is meant to be a statement) That was just the power of Kingdom Hearts But after they got out of Kingdom Hearts, Xenmas was still able to make a replica of himself, an ability powered to Zexion. Read my first comment to this tread. That's what I said. You agreed to what the guy said about Xemnas being able to stop time, not about Xemnas commanding the Heartless to not attack. My first response was that he had the ability to stop them.
