  1. That Zelda trailer was something else. Looks absolutely amazing.
  2. Xenoblade 2 being announced for Switch was simply amazing. It's no doubt far off, but I can't wait for it
  3. Honestly I just ignored KH stuff in general in the hope that nothing would pop up. Then I forgot I was subbed to Everglow on YouTube.... my eyes cannot unsee the titles of certain videos in my sub box. I didn't watch them (except for an audio clip for Back Cover), but I'm still disappointed we even find ourselves in this situation. SE should've released the game closer to the Japanese one, the two weeks will fly, but it still sucks.
  4. Thankfully they had more hits than misses last year. I really enjoyed Moana and Star Wars the most though. Of their reboots / sequels, Jungle Book and Pete's Dragon were hits, but Finding Dory and Alice were misses. I found Zootopia and Finding Dory to be disappointing compared to other animated films I saw. Moana in particular has been greatly overshadowed by them. With no animated film this year from Disney Animation Studios, it means I've only got Cars 3 and Coco to look forward to from Pixar which is a real shame. I do hope they are good though.
  5. Managed to see it on the big screen when it came to Ireland for a one night only screening back in November. I honestly loved it and I can't wait to see t again when it comes out on Blu-ray. It's quite possibly one of the most beautiful animated films I've seen. The soundtrack was great. I really liked the characters and the pacing of the story never dragged for me. Honestly it was easily in my top 3 animated films of 2016.
  6. Tough to pick just one. I liked Aqua, Sora & Kairi, Sora CoM, Sora & Mickey 3D and Sora KH1 the most. Though tbh they are all really great.
  7. These comments from Ferrari suggest that the entire development of Versus XIII / XV was an absolute shambles. Whether that's Nomura's, Tabata's or Square Enix's fault we'll never know, but I'd put money on it being the latter's. To be honest, it's entirely possible that the E3 2013 was how the game was supposed to be all along before Tabata took over. It's possible that Tabata didn't like the gameplay or combat. Tabata even said himself that he preferred simple combat as he was getting older (I'm paraphrasing here but still). That's what makes me believe the E3 2013 trailer wasn't pre-rendered and the gameplay system was simply over-hauled in favour of what we got.
  8. Hmm I've played a number of great games this year. In no particular order, I'll go with Gravity Rush Remastered, Final Fantasy XV, Xenoblade Chronicles X (I got this at Christmas last year so I pretty much played it this year), Pokémon Moon, Hatsune Miku: Project Diva X, Shadowverse and BOXBOXBOY! I spent most of my time trying to clear backlogs this year tbh.
  9. Sanctuary, but I'm really digging the Ray of Hope MIX lately. None of her tracks are bad though
  10. I really liked the demo. Glad to see Platinum developing it, the combat is neat. Can't wait for the game to come out!
  11. I watched Gremlins last night, that's a good Christmas film.
  12. Still have to try V myself, but IV, VI, XII and CC is quite a list! You'll be playing FF for quite a while haha.
  13. It's understandable to not be excited for the system. While I am excited for the Switch, I think Nintendo have handled the publicity of the Switch extremely poorly. They are relying too heavily on telling us two months before the system is out what it actually has in terms of power, features and most importantly games. This can cause a lot of confusion amongst people and give them reasons to not be excited. It's a shame that you found the Wii U to be disappointing, both Splatoon and Smash are great games for it, but personally there's a lot on the Wii U that gets criminally over-looked. Too many people played the "X is really good, but I wouldn't buy a whole system for it" card when it came to the Wii U, when in truth there is a great library of games that (I feel) the PS4/X1 still doesn't even compete with in terms of quality. I think it's fair to have some scepticism about the Switch, not everyone has to be excited about everything after all.
  14. Final Fantasy IX is such a great game. Glad you enjoyed it! It's just behind VI for me.
  15. Completed FFXV and honestly, I really liked it.
  16. I really couldn't afford anything this year. Maybe next year.
  17. Your Name was truly a beautiful film. Really happy the film was distributed here in Ireland so I could enjoy it on the big screen!
  18. Oh definitely! I cannot wait for it. There's a bunch of games coming out soon though, my poor wallet Oh yeah I forgot to say, thank you for reading through the profile! I didn't think people actually would haha.
  19. When the game comes out on Wednesday I'll being choosing Rowlet.
  20. I don't really pay attention to age ratings. I have a wide amount of games from 3 all the way up to the 18 rating.
