"oh he didn't, but he is the master of intimidation. He used to be the ones that would torture people for information. Of course I didn't allow it when i was in charge but who knows now" She watched him roll of his robes. "need new clothing?" Joker asked adjusting her scarf so she could see a little better. "i bet i could get my hands on something if you wanted" She was secretly glad he wanted to get rid of the awful robe but didn't say anything. "before all that i want to get this blood out of my hair" She said barely able to stand the sticky gross feeling any longer, she also figured her scarf was soiled and would need another one of those as well.

Joker smiled a little and looked over at the half-breed, "he sent a bunch of kids on a suicide mission, it didn't sit too well with their parents or the rest of the crew for the matter..." She said thinking back to the day. "I was around 15 at the time, the only reason i wasn't sent was because i happened to be on a scouting mission when he sent them. When only one kid returned the elves exploded into a riot, some tried to kill him others threatened to leave. Because my father was second in command, he took over the whole thing. I'm surprised he didn't banish the guy from stepping into the building ever again... but he was too merciful for that" She glanced over at him again, "for why i didn't kill him, i promised his fiance i'd look after him. So thats what I have to do, i suppose stabbing him would be against the point"

(oops forgot to post this^^""") "Get your lazy butt back to work Naida!" Her grumpy boss yelled from the back room. She sighed and put down her book, "yeah yeah sure...." Naida got up from her chair and unraveled a long blue hose from it's hanger. She hated this job and wanted anything to be able to quit, but the only way to stay close to the ocean safely was to maintain a human life. The hose sprang to life as she turned the nozzle and began the water the flowers surrounding the outside of the small garden store. Naida shouldn't complain the pay was good, the boss was hardly around the bother her, and the shop was near the edge of town near the high school so the only costumers she really had to deal with her love-struck teenagers buying flowers for their girlfriends. While watering the plants she looked out onto the street and watched as people bustled up and down the almost always quiet streets. "i wonder if they are having some festival or something...." she tried to think if a holiday was coming up but nothing came to mind.

"Ander stop" She said turning just enough to glance back at him. "arguing wont do anything here". Joker looked back at the elf, "dont expect help from me when your foolish plans go wrong" "like wise" he growled refusing to put away his weapon until Joker turned around and walked out, only then did he relax and turn to face the angry group of elves before him. Joker sighed when she combed her fingers through her hair, "this will take forever to get out..." she grumbled as she started down the road not wanting to think of what will become of her friends. "its their own stupid mistake, its not in my hands anymore" she thought to herself looking at the ground.

The large male sitting in her seat rose and walked up to her, "we've decided you are no longer fit to lead us" he said standing firm. "i see... did everyone agree to this?" She looked at the filled chairs of the room some wore mixed expressions but some remained in a straight grimace. "it doesn't seem the case to me." she said looking back up at the elf. "it was a majority" "since when did we ever go by a majority our rule was everyone has to agree or it isn't done!" She said getting irritated. "that was your rule! not mine, im in charge now its best for everyone" Joker looked down at her feet in thought, "better for everyone... what better to be lead by the only person who supported a plan to get us all killed?? dont you remember that? you had your chance to lead and you failed!" Her hand went to a dagger resting at her hip. "that wasn't my fault!" The elf said in a rage, in his anger he lost control and took out his sword pointing it to Joker's throat. "get out or ill kill you myself" he said darkly.

Joker glanced back to see the guard fall, she sighed in relief when he didn't move to get up. "uh yeah.. i think so..." She leaned off of Ander and instead supported herself on the wall. "come on its not too far away..." she said mostly to herself as encouragement. She made her way steadily through the alleys making sure Ander was following every once in a while. "oh good.." Joker sighed in relief to see the bar had been left untouched by the guards. She pushed the curtain door out of the way to find her group contemplating a new leader, with one of her men in her chair. "hmm..." she looked around at them deciding who she should kill first. "gave up that easily did you?"

Joker sighed, "seriously...?" she thought to herself as she looked around trying to make out the blurry shapes of her surroundings. "stick to the alleyways" she said quietly. "head south until you come to the second to last building in town." Joker blinked a few times trying to clear her head. "HEY! get back here!!" The brighter guard scrambled to his feet and ran after them. "buddy..?" the other woke up minutes later, when he realized everyone was gone he ran off to report to the nobleman.

The brighter guard turned around quickly to see his comrade go down, he took his sword from his belt to knock the bottle from Ander's hand. He didn't think for a minute to help him instead pulled the half-conscious Joker to her feet by her hair. "Take one move drunkard and shes dead" He snarled daring the man to make a move. He wasn't sure how this elf was related to him but he wasn't about to lose the most valuable piece of leverage in stopping the rebellions for good.

Joker drifted in and out of consciousness the blood from her head causing her hair to matte together. One of the guards noticed the elves watching them angrily, "hey looks like you were right they ain't doin nothin!" He exclaimed happily. "of course im right dimwit" The soldier shifted the limp body higher up onto his shoulder. For the leader of a rebellion, this elf didn't seem to be much of a fight. But then again he hadn't seen her with time enough to react. He considered this for a while walking down the quickly clearing streets yelling at anyone that seemed to be straying too close. Joker opened her eyes after willing the pain in her head to go away, she caught a glance of one her elves. They had a pitiful look on their face, she wanted to wave her hand, smile, something to tell them to go away, not to get involved but she realized she was losing feeling in her hands.

Joker woke up slung over the back of a guard, "what the hell....?" Her vision was blurry and her head was bleeding steadily from her injury. The guard had her hands pinned so she couldn't reach any of her knives. "Hey!" She tried kicking the man only to be knocked out again by a second guard she failed to notice. "heh she woke up faster than i thought she would!" the dimmer guard said laughing a little after hitting her. "your an idiot" the other replied plainly. As he kept his focus on making sure no funny business was going on. Once he got through the gates of the nobles land he would relax but not a second before.

Joker had ventured to the back of the tent, "shes not in here....". Before she could turn around a blunt object struck the back of her head knocking her unconscious. "Finally we got her! Boss will be pleased huh?? I bet he will get a big pay out from the viscount" One of the guards picked her up and started out of the tent. They knew no one would question them because of the crest they wore on their uniform, so were free to walk down the street of the market without having to hide their captured rebel. "Don't ya think one of her elves will try to help her??" The duller guard asked. As much as he could fight it was beyond the brighter guard how he got hired in the first place. "No, they wont attack in the open, their numbers are too small to risk more of them being killed."

Once morning arrived Joker set off into the market, since she now knew her scarf was next to useless she didn't bother wearing it. She wore her hair in a ponytail out of her face and scanned the crowds for a girl she had heard of about a year ago that was helping elves. She heard that the girl owned a small shop that sold jewelry but little else. "there are way too many shops for this to work...." Joker shoved her way out of the crowd and climbed onto a roof to take note of the nearby shops. Her idea payed off as she spotted the store further down the street. "well lets hope she can help me..." Joker made her way to the shop and stepped into the small tent looking around. Most of the jewelry was obviously hand made by a unskilled craftsman but she took no notice. "Hello? anyone here??" She walked further into the tent bothered by the weird silence that surrounded it.

The next morning Joker called her group and gave them her plan, they took it better than they thought she would. "So you are still in charge right?" One of the larger guys asked, he knew of the dwarf but didn't like the idea of him leading them. "Yes, they are just going to make sure everything runs smoothly while im on the inside and my ticket out if something goes wrong..." She thought about that for a minute realizing what it meant. If they wanted to, they could reveal her and keep on the act of them being in charge, she would be completely out of the equation. Joker sunk low into her chair ignoring the worried the questions of her friends.

Joker nodded, "I'll think on that... but i have a feeling I'll need to discover the job I'm given before figuring out a means of signaling you." She nodded to Dral and left the small clinic room. She climbed onto a roof still wary of the guards that had been sent to find her. The streets seemed empty enough but she wasn't taking any chances as she made her way her the small abandoned building. Joker looked around before entering and sat down looking around the dark empty room. "ill call them to talk tomorrow..." She poured herself a drink and thought on the problem at hand, finding a human that will help her.
