The Witch Hunts (Roleplay)
Zola stopped shifting her weight, and paused. She was not racist herself, but she was taken aback by the fact that a white person was being so nice to her, especially despite the fact that they'd just met. Nonetheless, she couldn't deny that she was in fact very hungry. She snatched a piece of the bread away and began to nibble on it. She looked to Joshua. "Zola," She replied after she swallowed some of the bread. "My name is Zola. And the reason why I came to Europe... Is complicated. For the sake of you believing I'm crazy, I'd rather keep it to myself..."

Mizuki grabbed her bag of daggers, threw it over her shoulders, and went to the training grounds. While setting up her training area, she glanced over to Tessa. "It seems Tessa got all of the new students," Mizuki thought aloud. "I'm on my own again this year..." She nonchalantly teleported daggers toward targets, and many of them missed the bullseye, some even missed the target. It seemed today she was off her game today. After a while she gave up on training. She held her hand out and all of the daggers materialized on her hand. She placed them in her bag and approached the training area Tessa was at. Mizuki sat onto a a nearby bench and set her things down. She sighed and glanced at Tessa. "Let's see what Tessa has up her sleeve," Mizuki said as she watched from a distance.

The Witch Hunts (Roleplay)
Zola slowly awoke to the face of Joshua. Immediately she somersaulted away from him and unsheathed her dagger. "Who are you!?" She shouted, shifting her weight from right to left, and back again, ready to pounce. Back in her village, she was taught how to fight by her father, and she could easily take down most of the animals in southern Africa. However, humans were unpredictable, and witches even more so. Until she knew who (and what) this kid was, it was safer to keep her distance. Zola took her unused hand and used it to move her black, unkempt yet thick and flowing hair. She examined Joshua, who she realized to be around her age. But she knew how manipulative witches were, so she stayed on her guard. "well, are you gonna answer my question? Who are you?"

The Witch Hunts (Roleplay)
Zola had finally arrived to a European city, and a large one at that. She had entered the city limits, and was awed by all of the large, tall buildings that surrounded her. This was definitely unlike anything she saw on a regular basis back in her small African village. She ran past all the bustling people, and was gleeful that she had finally reached her destination after all this time, which was a miracle within itself. Zola eventually came across a large hotel, and she reached into her pocket. She had taken all the money she could find in her hut, but the money she had would get her maybe one night at a hotel as extravagant as this. After that, she'd have to figure something out. She entered the hotel, and guffawed at the view of all the architecture, and the formal atmosphere of it all. She noticed the check in area, and slowly approached it. Her parents had luckily taught her English, and with a British accent at that. She finally arrived at the front desk, which was a few inches taller than her, and placed all her money onto the counter. "I think this will get me one night, yes?" Zola asked, politely. The man running the check in area leaned over to her the counter to see her clearly, and shook his head. "You need a parent with you to get a reservation here. And besides, we don't serve blacks here anyways." He shooed her off. "Now get out of here before you contaminate this place." Zola was used to this racism, and had actually expected this to happen, it would have been to good to be true had he accepted her into the hotel. It was more of wishful thinking that had made her try. Before she had left Zola glanced over near the stairway that lead up to the rooms, and noticed an animal suddenly transform into a human form. A witch. Immediately, she made a run towards the witch, about to unsheathe her enchanted dagger. Before she had gotten any closer, two large men picked her up, and began to take her back to the entrance. She kicked and screamed with all of her might. "You won't serve colored people, but you'll serve filthy witches!" She screamed at the top of her lungs. They all seemed to be confused at her statement, but nonetheless threw her out and shut the doors. She brushed herself off and grunted. "They must be under the witch's spell. Well, now where do I go?" Zola wandered around the town until it was dark, and came across an alleyway. It wasn't much, but she was used to the outdoors. She placed her bag on the side of a wall and leaned against it, using it as a pillow. And from there, Zola simply laid there, dreaming of better days, and plotting her next move.

The Witch Hunts (RolePlay Sign-Ups)
Humans: Name: Zola Lanoy Gender: Female Age: 10 Personality: Friendly to her allies, but not afraid to take the lives of her enemies. Outgoing, determined, well rounded, independent, intelligent Appearance: Weapon: An enchanted dagger given to her by the archangel Michael, with the ability to absorb a demon/witch's magical abilities (if they use it on her) which can make her virtually impervious to magic (when she's on her guard and has the dagger in hand), and even use that energy to make her dagger strong enough to kill a witch/demon, if there is enough energy present in the dagger appearance of weapon: Bio: Zola is a South African girl, who's parents had been kidnapped by witches claiming to have been taking them as payment for the deal they had made to keep Zola alive after she had fallen ill as a baby. Zola desperately left her small village with nothing but the clothes on her back to search for her parents. She hadn't gotten far before she collapsed on the ground, dehydrated, hungry and tired. The archangel Michael had figured out a way to display part of his being into a human vessel temporarily (albeit his full abilities are greatly reduced through this method) and had been nearby slaying evil witches. Michael noticed Zola and approached her, picking her up and feeding her. After she had told him what had happened to her parents, Michael handed her a dagger, telling her that he wanted her to borrow this dagger of his, which was forged in the beginning of the Salem witch trials and would help her on her quest. She thanked him and was pointed in the direction of Europe, a place where Michael had told her that many witches tend to stay at. Umbra

I'd be willing to make a character for this, can we be a human with an enchanted weapon provided by the angels? If not, I'll just make a regular character

Everything Has A Price [RP Open]
(Sorry I'm going to be typing from my phone a lot so I can't do the red text for Mizuki's dialogue like I've been doing, sorry if that confuses you) While pushing past students and looking at all of the potentials, Mizuki flipped a coin in the air and using her abilities, made the coin dissipate and reappear in the opposite hand. She often did this partly to practice her powers in a simple quick way that didn't require a lot of energy, and partly because this also acted as a sort of stress ball for her. She thought about a lot of things, and this stress reliever helped to focus her mind on other things. She looked to the potentials again, and frowned. "Aw, no space manipulators this year? Well, I guess this means I get the dormitories to myself. There's always those latecomers, I guess..." She continued to walk around the edges observing from a distance and trying to see if anyone could join her group of space manipulators this year.

Everything Has A Price [RP Open]
You're all accepted. We are going to be adding a new thing the rp, divisions based on abilities, which will act sort of like grades in regular schools. The ones that have already signed up need not worry about this new addition. Especially because everyone who signed up (except my character Mizuki) have all energy manipulation based powers, that will be considered a class. I'll explain more about this in my post, and once we get the classes sorted out we'll add this new component. Feel free to make one more character if you wish, just make sure they're unique, well at least relative to you're other character. Sign Ups are always open to those that wish to join, (and fill the requirements). All right let's get this show on the road! Mizuki reached into her denim coat pocket and pulled out a folded piece of paper, one that contained her new class schedule for the new school year. "Physical Education in the mornings? Ugh, now I'm going to feel tired and gross throughout the school day, just my luck..." She sighed to herself. Mizuki approached the auditorium and glanced at the herds of students entering through the two large entryways located near her. The entire school seemed to be so fancy and well made, it's components being made up of extravagant things like marble walls, mahogany wood floors, and other such items. Yet the auditorium looked like an ordinary one, that could be found at any old school. Mizuki brushed the thought aside and went to join the others of her division of object shifters, and sat on the bleachers looking towards the view on the gym floor. After some wait, the Head Professor, who also acts as the Head Administrator, approached the floor, bringing behind him the new students, some happy to be their, others, not so much. The Professor tapped on the microphone in front of him, and after seeing that it was fully functional, began to speak: "Welcome, Students. Today is the first day of yet another school year, and I can already see the potential on all of your young faces." He paused for a moment, and the auditorium was silent. After a while he had began to speak again just as suddenly as he had stopped. "As you all know, you have all been carefully selected to attend this school because of your- talents." He stated as his voice resonated around the area. "Our goal here is to improve your understanding of your own abilities, and to make use of your powers for the good of the world. And every year, we find more and more students that are in need of our services." He looked to his left and signaled the freshman to approach the view of everyone in the bleachers, and introduced them all. "Let's give a warm welcome to the new students who have decided to join us." There was much enthusiastic applause and cheers for these new faces. Mizuki simply laughed at his comment, for not everyone willingly joined this school. The professor continued. "Now we are going to have you all show us your powers, and from their we shall determine which class of abilities you shall all be placed in." He smiled slightly and pushed his glasses closer to his face. "So, who would like to go first?"

Everything Has A Price [RP Open]
::Character’s Name:: Mizuki Tanaka ::Gender:: Female ::Age::18 ::Power/Ability:: The ability to de-construct an object (and person as her abilities develop) and reconstruct it in another location (almost a hybrid of telekinesis and teleportation) ::Drawback to Power/Ability:: The energy to use her abilities physically drains her, she cannot move things around that are heavier than what she can physically move herself, and she can’t move objects/people to places that are usually inaccessible. Her morals also prevent her from using her abilities to harm others most of the time. ::Personality:: Mizuki has been known to be clingy to the ones she commonly associates herself with, which can be considered both a good and bad thing, depending on your view of things. Her friends can be considered lucky, as they have her to trust, Mizuki being very loyal, courteous and kind to the ones she loves. ::Reason:: Before the school, she has moved from place to place, unable to settle down and having to keep moving for the sake of her survival. When the school offered her an environment that would offer safety and a sense of stability, with a day to day schedule that would not change for her, made Mizuki jump at the thought of it. But new faces bring faint memories of her life before the school, and she tends to project her frustration on the newbies. ::Appearance:: Mizuki is a young Japanese woman, with long silky charcoal black hair, thin and straight. Her hazel eyes make her appear to be tired most of the time, and considering her constant practice of her abilities that assumption wouldn’t be too far off, as she can be caught taking naps most of the day. She is only about 5’ 3”, and generally likes to wear a red dress with white print design and a denim jacket, and sports black converse shoes. She likes to keep her hands nicely manicured, (though not afraid to get her hands dirty), and tends to paint her nails red, her favorite color. ::Entrance Post:: "Wow, bullseye again Mizuki, right in the center. How do you do it?" Her combat instructor praised her as she stretched her petite arms and ran her nicely manicured hands through her silky smooth black hair. "If I told you I knew why I'm good at this stuff, I'd be lying." Mizuki said bluntly, setting yet another sharpened dagger onto a table in front of her. The silver shine reflected onto the lense of her glasses, and she shifted a bit to the right, readjusting her calculations and going through the usual routine of thoughts that she reviewed before making her move. "A better question to ask is why," Mizuki told her instructor looking to him with her dark brown eyes. "Why am I able to do this, why did my parents leave me in a dumpster to die, why did the school decide I was 'worthy' to be placed here, and why am I still here practicing with you, when we both know I can do this stuff with my eyes closed?" While still looking at her instructor, she flicked her arm in the direction of the target a few hundred yards away from them. Immediately the dagger on the table dissipated and while still in a plasma like form, quickly flew towards the target, reassembling into its solid form right before it impacted the target. And as expected, it had stabbed the center, her instructor being unable to hide his amazement the feat, while still being irritated at Mizuki's comment. She wiped the sweat that began to form at her brow, and grabbed her backpack, throwing it onto her shoulder and beginning to head towards the dormitory to her left. "Same time tomorrow, I guess." She sighed before shutting out her instructor from her mind. She began to feel bad for what she had said back on the practice fields, especially when she realized the source of her frustration had nothing to do with her teacher. It was because she knew more freshman were about to show up at the school, and the mere thought of those new faces made her remember what used to be. She had moved from place to place before the school due to the abandonment of her neglectful parents, and was unable ot bond with anyone for the sake of her own survival. But this school finally gave her a chance to settle down and make friends, which made her feel in debt to the administrators that ran it. But no matter how much she tried to forget about her past, every year it seemed more and more "special" people flocked to the school, to remind her of where she came from. Where do they get these freaks from anyways? This was a thought that crossed her mind every now and then. She eventually concurred that they probably found people in the same situations as she was found in, people who were virtually abandoned, with no place to go, and people who wouldn't be missed. It was probably easier that way. She leaned against a brick wall, and watched people stroll by her. If there was one thing she could rely on with the students here, whether they were new to the place or not, was that she was just like them. Different.

Lucinda began to back away. (So I am a sin,) A thought came across in her mind. (And I'm lust, too. I guess beggers can't be choosers, although I didn't necessarily ask for this. And now I have a psycho that's going to char me down.) She began to hide behind trees in the dark forest nearby. (I could use my powers on him, but that might be how he's absorbing everyones powers, so I guess I just have to keep hiding and running.) She leaned against a large tee and was hidden in the shadows cast by the bright full moon.

Men in Black (MIB) RP (Sign Ups and Discussions)
Out there in the world, there are secrets only the universe knows, and even some the universe itself is not aware of. One of these secrets is that there are lifeforms out there other than the human race. Some mean no harm to us and simply wish to interact with us, and then there are alien lifeforms tha want other things. In order to keep these secrets safe from the general public, and to keep the world safe from the aliens that do mean harm, a secret organization called the "Men in Black" have been appointed to fulfill these needs. Recently however, there has arisen an ancient alien race thought to be extinct called the "Koquarna," who have the ability to infect humans and turn them into Koquarna themselves to serve in their army, which they are now trying to build up for domination over the universe. It is now up to the Men in Black, along with their alien allies, to stop the Koquarna before it's too late. Rp rules: 1. Violence, cursing, and romance allowed, provided it is beneficial to the development of you're character and/or plotlines 2. No God modding our over excessive invincibility, defeats the fun of it all. 3. You can have as many characters as you'd like, although you may only have 1-2 Men in Black agents so as to give other people a chance to fill the agent positions if they wish 4. It's awesome to have and express a characters own background and side stories, but to keep the rp going, try to stick to the main plot as well. 5. Add "here come the MIB" at the end of you're sign up sheet to show you have read and agreed to the rules MIB agent sign up sheet: Agent Name: (example "Agent Y") Real name: (optional) Age: Gender: Appearance: (it's ok if you have a picture of the appearance you want but they are not wearing the black suit, it will be implied that they are wearing it) Race: (Human or otherwise. Should you choose a custom unique race, please be sure to give a brief description and/or short biography of the race) Planet of Origin: Weapons/abilities: (If you are human, it is asked that you have only human abilities. However you can have special weapons/items that give you certain abilities) Character Biography: (P.S.: MIB agents are provided with a standard issue neurolyzer and a mode of transportation of your choice. And of course the snazzy black suit and sunglasses) Koquarna description: While there are other aliens that are evil, for this rp the Koquarna are the main baddies. Their lifetimes span thousands of years as their bodies age slowly, and are very tough to kill. As previously stated, they can infect humans turning them into their Minions as Koquarna through bites, scratches, or needles that are shot through their palms of their hands. However for some reason they can not infect any other race, the reason why they have chosen Earth as their breeding grounds. They also have super strength, agility, and can shapeshift into their original human appearance (provided they aren't pureblood Koquarna to begin with, and the trade off for a non pureblood being less powerful than a pureblood). An appearance of the Koquarna I've decided to go with is this with tall humanoid bodies and sharp claws: Koquarna sign up sheet: Name: Age: Gender: Pureblood or infected: Additional appearance pictures/descriptions: (if you are not pureblood, add the appearance of your original human form that you can shapeshift into) Weapons Biography: Human/Alien Race Outside of the Koquarna or the MIB sign up sheet: Name: Age: Gender: Appearance: Race: (Human or otherwise. Should you choose a custom unique race, please be sure to give a brief description and/or short biography of the race) Weapons/Abilities: (If you are human, it is asked that you have only human abilities. However you can have special weapons/items that give you certain abilities) Character biography: I will add my own character if i see enough interest and will start the rp when there are about an even number MIB agents and Koquarna. Enjoy

Lucinda was shocked to see that Mystigo had disappeared. "Where did..." She whispered. When she saw that he wasn't anywhere near her, she sighed and put her away. She then approached Arsinoe. "Are you alright?" Lucinda asked her.
-
☺▒☻Children of the Sins☻▒☺
Lucinda's hair began to levitate in the air as her bracelets slipped of her wrists, turned into the usual deadly obsidian blades, and circled around her. "Get those things away from me!" She said as she flung the blades at the cards with her mind, slicing them up. (Do I use my sweet talk on him again?) She asked herself. (No, it didn't work last time, although it could be that I want trying hard enough...) She starred intently at Mystigo as the bracelets continued to circle her and her hair remained waving in midair.

☺▒☻Children of the Sins☻▒☺
Lucinda noticed Kanae's glare and snapped out of her train of thought. (ugh I gotta stop doing that...) She thought standing up. She looked to Mystigo and Genesis and saw that they were still quarreling. "Ha, they're so busy fighting with each other, I wonder if they noticed that mostly everyone left." She said rolling her eyes.
-
☺▒☻Children of the Sins☻▒☺
(denied, lol ) Lucinda reacted to this in a bit of anger. "Well fine, I was just trying to warn you, but if you want to be like that, then fine I will try not to bother you." As angry as she sounded, she was a bit hurt that she was rejected by Lulu so quickly. It wasn't that she wasn't used to it, while most people seemed to kiss up to her, but that she had finally found someone who seemed to be somewhat normal around her, and had now tried to avoid her as much as possible. Although there was that voice again, this time Lucinda had figured out that the strange voice had been communicating to Lulu. (I don't think I like you that much either,) Lucinda thought towards the voice. (I don't know how I'm able to hear you, and I don't know if you can hear me, but you seem to be a huge jerk. Just, don't be as mean to Lulu as you are to me...) She sat next to the tree Lulu had fallen asleep at and sighed, forgetting all about the Macabre
-
☺▒☻Children of the Sins☻▒☺
"Drag her to the Second Circle in which she belongs!" "I can't let you get the Sins before me..." So that was how she fit into this. They think she's one of those sins. (Like the seven deadly sins thingy? Heh,that's funny, I wonder which one they think I am...) She thought to herself, although she had a pretty good idea which one, despite her disbelief in the matter. Now it seems that all of the macabre were occupied with the disputes along themselves, so for now Lucinda was safe. She looked around and saw Lulu leaning against a tree. (Is she.... Sleeping?) She asked herself. (How do you...never mind.) She approached Lulu and nudged her. "Lulu wake up! We need to get away from these dudes." She urged Lulu. "Come on lets go!"
-
☺▒☻Children of the Sins☻▒☺
Lucinda noticed the two, Genesis and Mystigo in the park causing trouble. Macabres seemed to be the term she had heard before when people were referring to them. Allof this seemed like too much to her, and yet it was slowly starting to make sense. Although she still had no idea how she for into this, if at all. She figured that she would find out more later, but that now was a time of action. She contemplated who to go after, Mystigo or Genesis. (It seems like Genesis is heading straight for that girl that I tripped over earlier) She thought to herself. (For now it seems this needs my attention more.) She sprinted towards Genesis and used her telekinesis to shoot the bracelet blades towards him. "Get away from her!" Lucinda shouted.
-
☺▒☻Children of the Sins☻▒☺
Lucinda heard the blood curdling screams and cringed at the piercing of the tone. "That doesn't sound good..." She muttered to herself. Whether it was newfound courage gained from the events that had just occurred, or because she was truly tied of her old life and wanted to experience things with more substance, she followed the screams to the park and frantically searched for anyone to help. "hello! Is anyone out there?" She shouted hoping that no one was hurt.
-
☺▒☻Children of the Sins☻▒☺
Lucinda rolled her eyes. More nonsense about satan and the seven sins. But was it really nonsense? She was beginning to think otherwise. She was a lot like these people as well, is it possible that she too was involved in this without even knowing? Lucinda snapped out of her train of thought and slumped on a wall. "Well, aren't you all interesting. Certainly not like the boring old people I associate myself with."
-
☺▒☻Children of the Sins☻▒☺
Lucinda looked towards Keru and Kanae. "Ugh you creeps again." She muttered. "Alright is someone going to tell me what's really going on? I'm a little confused here." "I didn't mean to get involved, I know this is none of my business, but I think after going through all if this i deserve to know."
-
☺▒☻Children of the Sins☻▒☺
Lucinda turned around to see Genesis causing trouble. "Not this bozo again." She muttered. She ran back over to Genesis and held her arms up as a threat. "Seriously back off or I won't be playing nice with you." She said jokingly, pointing her arms towards Genesis

☺▒☻Children of the Sins☻▒☺
When Mystigo was gone, Lucinda summoned her bracelets back on to her wrists, and she stretched as though just waking up from a dream. She had almost forgotten that there were the others near her, and when she turned around she was almost a bit startled. "Oh yeah," She said unintelligently. "I'm sorry I got involved in your business. I guess I'll be going now," She sighed walking away awkwardly and almost as that the interesting event in her life seemed to be over. (Must I truly have to go back to the boring old routine?) She thought as she was slowly walking away but still in the sight of the others.
