Well I'm not really sure if it is terra at all, but riku does seem to know him. However if it is Terra than that really does mess up a lot of plot points, like how can there be multiple terras in existence? (remember the lingering sentiment?) Oh and riku has a strong connection to terra anyway though he never knew his name.Being at uni will make it hard to follow this forum but try to anyway so your q's and be answered:)

Yeah well square and disney did make the organisation sound pretty righteous, especially in that game (and they used roxas and xion which really made them good). So I definitely agree with your point.

to answer your question sora has earned the right to weild his own keyblade, as nomura stated their are many ways to acquire the keyblade but you only need a strong heart.

It could be that sora's interaction with ven manifested some power to weild a keyblade and aquas request to sora to "keep riku on the right path" was what allowed sora to truly wield the weapon. Oh and that aqua was going to give sora the power to wield the keyblade could add to that fact.

I was thinking no name wasn't a young xehanort but someone maybe more pwrful than that creepy old man. I think we already knw his incarnations (Xemnas and Ansem SOD) so no name may tie into somethin else. He seems like a much more mysterious figure than xehanort. He can't be xehanort anyway because in bbs terra, aqua and ventus face him b4 xehanort and vanitas (in canon)

It ain't kh3 since they still have to wait for FFVersus13 to be finished but could be BBSV2 since they still want to entertain fans b4 kh3 release
