  1. Dimi, Dimi, Dimi, what have you gotten me into now Character sheet Name: Novus Age: 16 Appearance: (badly photo-shopped appearance) Bio: A boy whose parents were interested in studying the equilibrium of light and darkness. One of there experiments went awry and caused Novus' heart to separated into two halves, light (called Lux) and dark (called Tenebrae). These halves however, both remained in Novus' body. Novus' two halves have fought to gain control of his body, but seeing as they are both equal and opposite, neither side has won. Hidden away in between the light and darkness of his shattered heart, Novus' original personality rests and occasionally resurfaces. After hearing about the Feral Ultra, each separate personality wants it for their own purposes. Tenebrae wants to use it to expel Lux from the body, and usher in a time of darkness in all worlds. Lux wants to use it to get rid of Tenebrae and cause all worlds to succumb to the light and live the way that he sees fit. On the off chance that Novus is the one in control of the body when he gets the Feral Ultra, he wishes to return his heart to normal and maintain the balance between light and dark. Weapon: Lux has power over light which aids him in battle and can do things like heal people Tenebrae can manipulate the darkness which aids him in battle and in order to do things like conceal himself. Novus doesn't have power over anything. Since Lux and Tenebrae are the dominant personalities and are opposites, they generally like to argue, even while in fights against other people. 11. I am a guy, and I am gonna start off by saying this: I agree with most of Koko's points. One point I don't agree on, however, is that friendzoning is sexist. I think it all has to do with opinion and context. For example, the school I go to is roughly 50-50 boys and girls, and I try to have a healthy relationship with both guys and girls. But when it comes to friendzoning, I would say that in my experiences, girls and guys are as bad as each other. I have had guys friendzone girls, and the girls have all gone around gossiping that he is a man-whore and saying other things that ruin his reputation. At the same time I have had guys friendzone girls, and the girls have just supported each other and there was no rudeness involved. I have seen the same for the reverse. I have had girls friendzone guys, and the guys have said that the girls are sluts and whores. And at the same time I have seen girls friendzone guys, and the guys have just stuck be each other and pulled through it, with no derogatory terms being used against girls. So I think it all depends about context. It is probably different for you, but this is what it is like where I live. Also just because in most cases the girl is blamed, doesn't mean it is sexist. To use an extreme example, if, on a similar large scale, a majority of people decided they wanted to jump off cliffs and commit suicide, does that mean that committing suicide is the right thing to do? Just because a majority is involved, doesn't mean that a thing is wrong or right, sexist or not sexist. I don't think that friendzoning is sexist, I just think that what happens because of friendzoning is sexist. Because I have seen it first hand for both guys and girls. Friendzoning has sometimes caused sexism towards girls, it has sometimes caused sexism towards guys, and it has sometimes caused no sexism whatsoever. So, I think that people should stop getting blamed and verbally abused because of friendzoning, whether you be a guy or a girl, because it happens to both sides. There will be people who don't like you, deal with it and move on, just don't deal with it the wrong way.
