    I had thought Tobi was who he is for a bit, but the things he knew about Madara were things only Madara would know himself, so I just assumed he was Madara. Of course since he was working with Madara, it makes sense Madara would have told him such things.

    What do the numbers next to the drop gague represent? I think its the rate at which the drop gate depletes itself.

    You're right, it's the rate at which the gauge depletes. The number lowers/increases according to what you're doing, and can be lowered using two items: Drop-Me-Not and Drop-Me-Never.
