  1. hi guys im here to analyse the new kh3 trailer that played at 3e last week so in this first image we see sephiroth and harry potter playing checkers and talking about world war ii i think this is setting up for a crossover but im not sure because the graphics are so bad i cant even see their faces next we get our first look at the main character, his name is kingdom hearts and hes my favorite video game char i like him even more than metroid who is so cool because he has an arm cannon here we see kingdom hearts about to bash his head into a wall because he has brain damage and thats why this game is so trippy this is also the first time we see gameplay running on thomas the tank engine so thats pretty cool and whats noticeable is that hes still in his kh2 outfit and theres an x on his butt which means his anus is not prepared next we see kingdom hearts's hair catch fire because there is so much hair gel notice how daffy is there in the bottom right and he's staring at a wall because his ai was coded by a stray cat they found runing around the set of star wars 2 next we get a look at the gunblade hes carrying so if you look closely youll notice that it has a pentagram on the end which means hes gonna sacrifice the flying things to satan here we see kingdom hearts running up to satan so that satan can accept his sacrifice btw this is how i know this game is gonna be rated m because you can see satan has red eyes and a red mouth and hes very evil and scary next we see kingdom hearts on a choo choo with daffy and george w bush its a sparkly train i like trains here we see kingdom hearts in his new costume which looks like a cross between his kh2 outfit and a sharpie marker notice how he has six golden nipples now here we see kingdom hearts fighting a bunch of racial stereotypes also notice how the x on his butt is gone which means his anus is now prepared here we see that kingdom hearts 3 is a third person shooter i hope that they have an option to switch to first person because first person shooters are the best games here we see kingdom hearts riding a boat this is stupid because hes on land stupid game, you cant ride boats on land 0/10 immersion broken ill finish my analysis later but i hope this has been helpful so far to everyone who wants to play kingdom hearts 3 hd
  2. (he didn't have anything to do with XII until the sequel) And I looked it up: you're right about FF7. Touche. So everything after FF10 is what I say now.
  3. DUDE. SORA HAS FINGERNAILS NOW. Also I think this comparison is interesting and worth mentioning, so why is this in random? Ooh, now that I'm comparing those two images closely, I can see what it was about him that made him looks kinda off in the trailer. In the trailer picture, his eyes are slightly too big, and they lack their normal shape that Sora's eyes have in... well, everything else. Look at the recent screenshot, and you'll see his eye has points where the lines that it's made of come to an angle. You know, like anime eyes. The shape of his eyes in the trailer is just a sort of lump. Similar with his mouth. One, it's slightly too wide. Two, again, it lacks the right shape. Three, it doesn't even look like he has lips in that picture! It's pretty much just the skin around his mouth just... ending. Maybe it's the image (and therefore the video) quality, but that's just what it looks like to me. Don't mind me, just thinking out loud
  4. here's a picture of me
  5. No. Keep anything involving Toriyama besides FF10 as far away from Kingdom Hearts as possible. The series doesn't need the stain of his mediocrity. ...man, that was the first thing that popped into my head to say, and now I'm looking at it and just thinking, wow I must really hate Toriyama. But for real though, Lightning had her time to shine. She doesn't need to be in the spotlight any more.
  6. I think when Nomura said there would be no QTE's, my guess is that he meant things like the longer, cinematic ones such as Sora jumping all over Xemnas's buildings by just mashing triangle. Now granted, those were epic, but there wasn't a ton of control over Sora in those moments. I think we'd still see something like Sonic Blade's timing button presses, or quick reaction commands (like that Cyclone one against the Soldier Heartless or Reversal). That's just my guess though. I pretty much interpreted his statement as saying there's no QTE's like you'd see in, for example, God of War or FF13-2. As for the other part of your response, I'm sure we'll get a bunch of cool and different moves. Like, we already have: cool combos Keyblade Transformations (with apparently multiple transformations for each keyblade!) Summons (confirmed!) Drive Forms (considered) Special uses of magic (firing blizzard magic out of the keyblade-guns or using the blizzard trail for...) Flowmotion (which looks like it's not as clunky as DDD's, like the one flowmotion attack we saw seemed like it could potentially combo into into... well, a combo) Attraction Flow (lel) comboing Magic with regular attacks. short reaction commands (just a guess. That attack with Goofy's shield in the trailer seemed like its use was specifically for breaking up those heartless that were in Tortoise formation, and not simply a limit or something like that.) The key word here is "variety." BBS had a great variety of attacks, but so did KH2 and so does this, if what I've listed is anything to go by. And who knows, maybe there'll even be more!
  7. Hm, I think I'm gonna have to disagree with you there. The Deck Commands aren't bad by any means- in fact, they're pretty great- but I personally think KH2's (and therefore KH3's) style is superior. It offers a lot more options, imho. And the way the command decks were always implemented felt a little... I don't know, clunky? idk if that's even the right word for it, but let me explain: In the second half of the game in Kingdom Hearts II, I could potentially use an attack to slide-dash up to an enemy, throw in a Slapshot or something, then finish with a guard break and/or a finishing leap which then lets me continue the combo in the air, leading into spinning flipping attacks, and finishing with an epic finisher and maybe a magic spell thrown in, right before going into Drive and starting another combo and wailing on everyone with stronger attacks, magic, or limits. It feels powerful. And it all smoothly flows together. You can't really pull off epic combos like that with the deck commands. Sure there were command styles, but there weren't any special combo tricks with them, and it was more or less watching the same animation every time without any variety. Again- I don't have a problem with this. In fact, I enjoy playing BBS and DDD. Otherwise, though, the commands kinda go: do this command. Maybe use Magnet. Use Thunder. Wash. Rinse. Repeat. And after each command, it didn't feel like you could just immediately follow it up and combo into something else. Also no magic bar. On top of that, the basic attack doesn't get upgraded in any way, so there's no feeling of being able to smoothly combo into stuff. The main reason behind this was (and I'm gonna use Smash Bros. terminology here) the ending lag of a lot of the attacks. Like, you'd use an attack, then you'd have to watch the character stand there for a moment before you could do anything else. Not to mention the camera would jump around during specific commands (example, watch it jump during the "Faith" command or "Ultima Cannon") making me feel like I was just watching the character do it instead of feeling like I did that myself. Maybe it's just a personal thing, but I love the feeling of pulling off epic things in KH2 through my own input. But yeah, that's my two cents. Or geez, that was long now that I look over it O_o more like two dollars
  8. Uh....? No offense, but you're a little late with this news, my friend.
  9. Exactly. I don't get why they didn't just have Marty do it in the first place. He seems pretty knowledgeable about the series. In fact, I think they should just leave him to do everything KH related. When it falls to other people, all that happens is mispronounciations (bad) idiocy (worse), trashing Roxas (even worse), or trashing the series / giving the best game a 7.6/10 (literally worse than Hitler)
  10. I like how IGN made a new rewind theater for KH3's trailer and is trying to wipe the old one from existence. xDD
  11. Isamu- nope! I mean spinning as in Woody's head when he's freaking Cid out in Toy Story. Except a bit quicker haha
  12. yeah but these heartless were spinning haha. I don't think I've seen that before
  13. oh he did? I knew he mentioned the grass, but I didn't see where he talked about this
  14. I just noticed that when Sora uses Aero in the new KH3 trailer, the heartless it hits go spinning into the air because of it. Now that's some attention to detail right there.
  15. Uh... sorry I bored you? O_o well about Xehanort... Sora would only be in his KH1 form for a scene that lasts about 5 - 10 minutes. It doesn't seem like it would be too much. And it wouldn't be Xehanort turning good. It would be showing that somewhere really deep down he always understood that what he was doing was wrong (you can even see a bit of this understanding and regret in some of his reports in Birth By Sleep) and coming into contact with real truth and wisdom made him realize that all the more. In my idea, he ditches this understanding as soon as he and Sora leave Kingdom Hearts anyway. and why the war middle of the story? Well, why not? The big climactic battle at Hollow Bastion in KH2 was in the middle of the story, and that all worked out well. And the rest of the game would be the result of this devastation. My point here is more to give the Disney Worlds purpose, since going there to try to fix destroyed worlds is more interesting than "well let's go help these people because why not"
  16. (hey everybody, I'm trying to be more active here now. How y'all doing) What if in KH3, the climactic 7 vs 13 battle takes place around the midpoint of the story. Xehanort wins, obtains the X-Blade, enters Kingdom Hearts, and this causes all of the worlds to get plunged into the Realm of Darkness. So this would mean that while the first half of the game would be gathering the 7 lights or the "key to return hearts" or whatever, the second half would involve going back to each world to return it to the realm of light. I think this would be really neat, because the worlds would be all dark, gloomy, and creepy, kinda how Aqua saw Cinderella's castle in the BBSFM secret ending. They'd have the same layout as they had in the first half of the game, so it wouldn't involve stupid amounts of extra treasure hunting or stuff like that. Freeing these worlds and defeating some of the remaining thirteen darknesses would weaken Xehanort's connection with Kingdom Hearts (Don't ask me why that would be the case, it's just my attempt at Nomuralogic). Now before they confront Xehanort in the big finale, they'd actually need to separate him from Kingdom Hearts. Sora would enter Kingdom Hearts, and it would be a Majora's Mask type scenario where the inside of the moon is pure paradise. Picture grassy fields, bright sunny sky, a bunch of kids (symbolizing not-yet-born hearts) running around, and maybe some library-like areas to show how Kingdom Hearts is the heart of all knowledge, as Xehanort always explained. Once entered, Sora would return to the appearance of his younger KH1 self, and he would find Xehanort, whose appearance and voice is that of Young Xehanort, simply sitting and possibly reading or observing the area peacefully. While inside Kingdom Hearts, Xehanort isn't hostile, but instead laments his actions now that he has access to all knowledge and understanding of good, evil, light, dark, right, wrong, etc. He and Sora have a heart-to-heart talk, where Sora tells him that they have to leave because Xehanort's presence in Kingdom Hearts still endangers the outside world. Xehanort agrees, but warns Sora that he will not be able to hold on to this understanding of right and wrong once they are back in the real world, which paints a bit of a sympathetic image of Xehanort, as he knows that they will have to end his journey with bloodshed but does not want it to deep down. So basically they leave, return to their normal ages, and Xehanort returns to his usual evil self, and the final boss battles begin. This whole idea for the story has kinda been playing out in my head lately, so I figured I'd share it. I know it probably won't happen in the actual game, but I thought it was pretty neat what do you guys think of it?
  17. Ah, I get it now (sorta haha). Thanks for clearing that up, everyone ^_^
  18. I guess this goes for any of the Disney characters that appear in KHX. Like, this game takes place before the Keyblade war, right? And here in the trailers we're seeing Donald, Goofy, Mickey, Aladdin, and others too I think. And Xehanort speaks of this event as if it was centuries before he was born or something. Just how old *are* the Disney characters? O_o
  19. Bahamut (cookie for anyone who knows what fact about KH1 I'm referring to)
  20. Toriyama is like Walder Frey. Expect nothing from him, and you will never be surprised.
  21. Something mediocre Final Fantasy X - 3 wouldn't surprise me tbh
