  1. That is a story for another time. Raishan? She will have fun hunting humans. Umbra? He will have fun...torturing human souls, not allowing them to move on to the afterlife. Using them to study necromancy.
  2. At least he is being offered fruit instead of being hunted now.
  3. - Aura - Mystras - With Helios and Bherna - Aura was both saddened and relieved at the same time that the young woman didn't had the exact answer of how many humans had survived. Helios also made a good point. They had to help the people who arrived at the Overworld in any way they could. "I agree with my partern. There must be something that we can do to help," Aura said to Bherna, "Even if it only is handling food to the survivors. Every little bit counts. I am sure Lord Raiden and Alderon will think of something soon. Both of them are rulers, both with kingdoms of their own. I am sure they will think of something." The people would need to adjust to a completely new way of life, new and different types of fae and the sudden appearance of humans for the fae. Aura knew that there would be some mistrust between the the humans and the residents of the Overworld , and even among those same humans. She could see some soldiers with the crest of Helvadoria in their armors, others from Sondon, other she could identify. This was not the time to fight among each other, but to help those who had survived the destruction of the world below. She only hoped that no fights would happen between the remnants of the different armies. - Rabiyu and Sifrei - Raiden's Study - Both Rabiyu and Sifrey turned to look at the entrance of the study when it suddenly opened, only to reveal that the person behind it was no other than the Prince of Kilkis Seres himself. "The lack of manners is not fitting for one such as you, Your Highness. Perhaps you should knock next time to announce your presence before entering a room where a private conversation is happening. But who am I to judge you," Rabiyu said calmly before turning around once again, "While I would have prefered to meet under different circumstances our current situation has left us with but a few choices. How is your hotheaded Royal Knight, Baxter, by the way? Did you made sure that the necessary disciplinary actions were taken to deal with his insubordination and complete disregard for orders coming from his superior? Or did he and Alicia got lost along the way?" Sifrei looked between the Prince and the Elf, paying close attention to his friend. Her words, while usually calm, were almost void of emotions when speaking of this "Baxter" fellow. Sifrei was sure that that would go unnoticed by everyone but him, thanks to being around the elf for a long time, and because that was almost considered normal behavior for the elf, but for now there were more important things to talk about. "Do come inside, Your Highness. I am sure this meeting concerns you just as much as it concerns Lord Raiden and King Alderon, as it involves your home" Sifrei said to Jynn, "My condolences, by the way. I am sure that the passing of your mother must have been hard for you." Rabiyu's head turned a little but not enough to look at the Prince. Sifrei was right, the Prince had lost his mother at the hands of a mysterious assassin, and yet here he was, instead of being in Kilkis Seres, sitting on the throne. "I expected for you to be sitting on the throne by now, Your Highness. Instead, we find out that it is Yevgeni Malachite who holds control over Kilkis Seres." Rabiyu said, "Is there an explaination as to why that happened?
  4. Now...does the Prince knows that Baxter never showed up at his home? Does he knows that Alicia let him go back alone and that he was killed on his way back? Because Rabs is going to ask just that, probably . I've been waiting 1 year, 2 months, 1 day, and give or take a few hours, so Rabs could ask just that.
  5. That awkward moment when someone hugs you and you don't know what to do.
  6. You understand me so well, Star. The two dragons just want to play with the new toys. Until there is nothing left.
  7. For those who want the humans out? Not much. Just hunting them down, put them on (unfair, corrupted) trials, those kind of things. To those who want to help? Time in the dungeons, most likely. Humans would be the new cyphs. But then I would feel bad. I feel horrible right now for thinking that
  8. If only more people were like you Arthur. I salute you! Now I feel terrible for considering a blood purge if the dragon siblings took control of the north.
  9. - Aura - Mystras - With Helios and Bherna - Aura instinctively stopped hugging Helios and took a step back once she heard a female voice. She quickly wiped her tears away, as she was not comfortable with others seeing her at her most vulnerable, and turned around to see who was talking to them, but she didn't really recognized the woman thanks to the hood covering her face, and the fact that she didn't really knew many in the city. "T-Thanks, Miss. It means a lot." Aura replied to Bherna, "Do you have any idea of how many humans managed to make it into the Overworld?" The young woman was curious about that. Just how many had made it into the heavens, and how many had been left to perish in the land below? - Rabiyu and Sifrei - Raiden's Study - Rabiyu took a look at Soren's armor while he was talking to her, it was of nice quality, she would know about that. She gave a slight nod when Soren bowed and was about to speak when Raiden opened the door and let the three enter his study. Rabiyu noticed the sudden change of the room, which was understandable in the current situation. Sifrei on the other hand took notice that Mariel was not there, which was both strange and, somehow, expected. Maybe she was not at Raiden's side if she was helping the humans who arrived in the city. At least, that's what he thought. At this point Rabiyu was not surprised with the entrance of the human king into Raiden's study, not with the current situation. The man looked exhausted, sleep deprived, overgrown beard, nothing like the powerful, noble looking king from before. And then Soren said something that made Rabiyu's mind instantly focus on him, that Yevgeni could be the mastermind behind everything that had happened. Did he meant the Frostbearer's assessination, or the destruction of the land below the Sea of Clouds? Or perhaps both? Sifrei had told her that the fragments of the dagger were found, and that they could detect faint traces that the assassin left behind, then Henry was gone. Perhaps looking for said assassin. The things that Soren was telling seemed strange for Yevgeni to say, he had been a little reserved, and didn't showed many emotions, but so did she, they were similar in that regard. But to learn that Yevgeni wanted to get rid of the land below, to save only those "pure of heart", that was someting that Rabiyu couldn't understand. This, and the fact that Yevgeni wanted the dagger, made Rabiyu wonder what was going through Yevgeni's mind at this exact moment. Was he happy that the world below was gone? that most of humankind had perished? She needed to take her mind of those thoughts, for now, at least. "If I may, Your Lordship, Your Highness. While not fully a solution, perhaps this could be of help," Rabiyu said as she took out Rufus's lamp from inside her misty cloak and put it where everyone could see it, "My friend, a djinni by the name of Rufus, could use his wish-granting magic to help gather the necessary resources to help humankind. Food and shalther shouldn't be a problem." "We suppose there are limits as to how much it can be done with such magic. Reviving the dead, for example, would be out of the question, but," Sifrei said while looking at everyone in the room, "we suppose it could prove beneficial to the humans's current situation. I do not think time can be turn back and the land below restored, but like the Judge Magister said, this could be used to ask for resources to help humankind." "There is a catch, though. This information must not leave this room. I was thinking of informing Lord Raiden of such item in my possession in private, some other time, but now? the situation has changed, and something as a lamp of a wish-granting djinni could be an object that others could covet," Rabiyu said calmly, also looking at the ones in the study, "I have means to fully erase the information of your minds, but I trust that both the ruler of Mystras and a King of a human kingdom can make this work, and that you, Master Monroe, can keep this a secret." Sifrei knew that Rabiyu had wanted to wish for the djinni's freedom, she had told him before, but now? they needed all the help they could get. Sure, they would get a wish for each one of them, but how long until someone outside knew about it and wanted to have the lamp, and djinni, for themselves? If they couldn't agree to use the power of the djinni for the good of everyone involved, then Rabiyu's choice to erase such information from their minds would be the best solution.
  10. - Aurion and Aether - Private Shuttle - Aurion stared at Kira for a moment as his eyebrow raised ever so slightly. Aether simply smiled at that. The delivery boy sighed and did exactly what the woman told him without saying a word. "I think you hurt his feelings," Aether said. "She really didn't!" Aurion replied from a distance. Aether then stretched out before following Kira's example and sat down in one of the benches. "And to answer your question, Kira, I have no idea of what are you talking about. I may have seen the guy somewhere around the palace," The Assassin replied calmly, "but I can honestly say that I never interacted with such a person. If you told me what you detect on me that is similar to this target of yours, maybe I could remember something specific. Today was quite the eventful day after all, and as such, I may have forgotten a few things that happened while I was serving the snobs at the palace. Perhaps a hint could help me remember." Aurion could hear the voices of Aether and Kira. Apparently Aether also had contact with the strange noble, but perhaps it would be best to stay away from such conversation. Instead he followed the same path the driver of the ship took. "Uh, excuse me?" Aurion said while peeking inside the control room, "the bossy one over there told me to come over here." The delivery boy watched as the ship slowly left the orbit of Destiny Islands, his home for a few years, and sighed. "I'm Aurion, by the way. Your friend told me to tell you a place to drop me off," Aurion said after getting inside the control room, "So, uh...Know any good place for that? Haven't had the chance to see many other worlds, so I don't know many places."
  11. I was thinking the north would have about two or three at most. One in the Imperial City, one in the Divine City of Water and another smaller one in the Kingdom of Pharos. They are mostly used to travel to other places in huge groups. A fey can use the ability to fly, but I doubt anyone would have enough endurance to fly for 12 hours straight.
  12. Of course. How do you think people travel between continents? Sure, there are teleportation spells, but I don't think every fey knows, or have the experience to do so. At least, that's what I think. Unless Mystic say otherwise, my headcanon is that fey have airships. Not many, since the cost is a little high, but a few here and there. Or a flying boat, ala Golden Sun. A Lemurian ship. In an airship! Or he would fall to the world below.
  13. Not the same Sea of Clouds, but I could work with that
  14. There are 4 women for every man. Some are in same sex relationships. Others leave the city to find a partner. Some of them return after a few years. Henry, you can't take a wrong turn and end up in the north. You would fall into the Sea of Clouds.
  15. That's some nice Eclaire! Very pretty design. I crated the Divine City of Water with the Gerudo race in mind years ago. Sure, there is no "one male every 100 years", or living in the desert under harsh conditions. I think I made a few rules regarding Heimdall, but I dunno if I still have them in my pc or if I deleted them. Idris Elba still watches you with his all-seeing eyes.
  16. She would fit in Heimdall. The population is mostly female there and she would be welcomed with open arms. She could join the artisans guild. Blacksmith? Help in the military? Or she could go to the Imperial City to join the Animus Academy. But never, ever, go to the frozen wastelands, unless you want a slow and cold death, or so they say.
  17. She will go down fighting. Maybe. Still deciding on that one.
  18. Rabs = Gamora That will be relevant in her epilogue.
  19. Yeah, I wasn't sure if I explained myself correctly. Well, we still have the final arc of Overworld, so you have time to think about that. Or you could make completely new characters.
  20. What I mean is that the story would follow immediately after Overworld's ending in the timeline. A time IRL? That I wouldn't know how to answer. If I manage to get some more ideas for the plot then we will have some more time in the overworld. I'm counting on that!
  21. Depending of the ending of Overworld, I would say almost immediately.
