  1. Um, I don't see it. There are no "Wayfinder Keyblades", unless you're referring to Terra, Aqua, and Ventus' Keyblades, which makes even less sense. It's clearly more of a fusion of Kingdom Key D and Star Seeker.
  2. Really? Why the "W" though? What's it supposed to signify? Or was it just named that in the code or whatever?
  3. I have no idea what Kingdom Key W is supposed to be, but I'd personally love to see some classic returns like Oblivion and Oathkeeper. Two Become One would be neat too, as well as original Star Seeker. But there's also a strong chance that it's going to be a new Keyblade entirely. BTW, is there actually a design for the Tokyo Tower Keyblade? Or did the OP just make this up? *edit* *checks Google* Oh shoot, they actually DID design a Keyblade for that event! Never mind then, there's probably a good chance it's going to be put in there if they went that far already, lol!
  4. Ah, I missed that art style. Really hope to see if Amano is going to at least address the other titles that he skipped out on in some sort of summary...even if it's just a montage of images, characters, and worlds that basically boils down to "so yeah all these other things happened with Sora and other people, and here we are, yaaaaay..."
  5. Cheese, pepperoni, and pesto = King of my Heart. X3
  6. I can’t be the only one who’s hoping for Kairi to be playable in the new episode. They teased us so hard with how they used her in the story, the least they could do is give us the opportunity to make her look badass with how we play her!
  7. Again, really concerned with how they're going to attempt to address all of the plot they've skipped out on between Birth By Sleep, Re:Coded, Dream Drop Distance, and 0.2 Fragmentary Passage. At the very least they could do some kind of recap prologue or something. It'd be small and short, but better than nothing.
  8. Ah, the first round of post-release DLC (the ending movies don't count, that was just a precaution). Really hope that after this we can expect some more of those story/gameplay changes/additions they teased before in another two months or so. At the very least an E3 tease would be nice.
  9. Ah, but Bowser was there, and Mario was namedropped at least once, therefore he's part of the arcade community and therefore he is canon, AHA!! >X)
  10. Really don't understand why they cut that line out from the final version of the game. I mean, they were fine dropping all of those other names and references, why not give Donald and Goofy those names too? I mean Magia as in magic? The Aegis in Aegis Shield? That just would have felt nice, seeing two silly looking characters be given some of the most Square Enix sounding names ever, lol.
  11. Even though they likely won't show up in Union X, this totally means that Mario, Sonic, and others are totally canon to the KH universe! This is also totally the gateway to getting Sora into Smash! (Only half kidding...lol) XD
  12. Something else: Both possible DLC content AND the future of Kingdom Hearts!
  13. Honestly, I kind of want the live action remakes to stop. It's stifling a lot of creativity in terms of western Hollywood cinema, not to mention it's just outright rehashing the same stories without taking any kind of creative risks with them, and the few times they do take risks, they're the wrong ones. The only cases where making live action remakes would be more acceptable, in my eyes, would be if they applied them to slightly more obscure or underrated titles, like they did with Pete's Dragon. So in that case, Atlantis and Treasure Planet might be the more fitting options to pick from here, but as a fan of the originals, I'd almost rather not see how they might muck those two up, I'd rather just see the originals get more and more recognized and appreciated.
  14. Oh man, SWEET!!! But, wait, is he not going to do any adaptations for Birth by Sleep, Coded, Dream Drop Distance, X, and 0.2? Man, that's gonna be a really huge gap to just leave unaddressed...
  15. Um, was Thirteenth Struggle actually remixed? I'm pretty certain they just used the 2.5 version...
  16. Honestly, it's hard to say, it would really depend on what you wanted to do with any of them in terms of adaptation. It might even be a better idea to come up with an original scenario. But again, it all depends on how you go about it. I mean most people would want to see Sora face off against Darth Vader, but then again there are so many other iconic moments throughout the series that you could honestly do almost all of them. Well, I say almost, I won't deny that Ep. I and II are VERY politic heavy so it might be hard trying to adapt that into the KH format. Considering the popularity of the new series, it might make more sense to do the New Trilogy, but again, it's kinda weird starting from a point where a lot of background has already happened. Yeah they were able to get away with Pirates because it was just ONE movie, but starting from the Force Awakens? That's 6 whole movies of story to consider. Still, I'm sure there's some way to make it work. Nomura and the team(s) always manage to come up with some kind of crazy compromise (for better or worse), so I'd still be intrigued to see what they would do with an opportunity like this.
  17. There is SOOOOOOO much to unpack here, I don't know where to begin. Guess I'll just start with one thing that immediately jumps out at me, since I've got a full day ahead of me. As far as near-future DLC is concerned, it sounds like a majority of the additional story/battle/whatever expansions might be primarily focused around the Keyblade Graveyard portion of the story. Which makes sense, since that's the part that most people tend to complain about having pacing or explanation issues. Don't get me wrong, it'd be nice to see some additions added to other parts of the story to help with overall pacing, but I feel like if any one part of the game needs particular attention and priority, it's definitely the climax. It's what the whole series has been building up to and had the most thought put into it, so if anything feels missing it definitely deserves to have that chance to get more rounded out. Hopefully this might mean several things. Either more cutscenes/scenarios, more gameplay/exploration, more enemies/challenges, or even more boss phases. Personally I'm kind of hoping for a healthy dose of all of that, but we'll have to wait and see. But of course, ideally it would be awesome to have some extra care and content applied to the whole game and story as a whole, so hopefully all of the DLC will deliver on that, collectively. I know that a lot of people are still feeling pretty skeptical about how the vanilla version has come out and that a lot of what's about to be added in now probably should have been there from the beginning, and they may be right to say that. But honestly, for me, the prospect of getting all this extra stuff is just gonna make the game feel like a brand new experience for me all over again, just like the first time I played it, and I am REALLY looking forward to that. I don't know if we can expect a bloated KH2FM-sized bag of extra content, but either way I'm hoping that there'll be enough added in there that I'll be spending the rest of the year like "wow I should REALLY put this game down and play something new...BUT I JUST CAN'T!!". That's what ultimately what I'm hoping for.
  18. I mean ideally I'd want all or most of these. Character stories/playable characters, extra challenges/bosses (rematches, enemies, enemy types, etc), an ACTUAL Secret Boss, past Keyblades (Oblivion, Oathkeeper, etc.), new Keyblades, maybe an extra boss phase to Master Xehanort, and maybe a few extra original worlds (playable Radiant Garden, playable Destiny Islands, playable Disney Castle, playable Mysterious Tower), expanded exploration in some worlds (Twilight Town, Dark World, Keyblade Graveyard, Scala ad Calum), and cutscenes filling in plot holes. If they can do at least half or more of these, I'll be pretty satisfied.
  19. I just want to help temper expectations, the DLC Nomura is talking about might turn out to be just a cutscene or two added into the main campaign, I don't think it's going to be a full-on episode. I could be wrong, but let's not get our hopes up asking for the moon and only getting a rock in return just because we convinced ourselves into thinking we were gonna get a moon.
  20. Well, at least it's just one game now...right?...RIGHT!? In all seriousness though, I'm fine with this, so long as they don't go crazy with the detours again. Like there aren't really too many mobile platforms anymore, so it would have to be console-based, and it wouldn't make any sense to keep dishing out midquel after midquel without ever getting to the next number for a long time like before. Also, I have to admit, it would have felt very weird to go straight to KH4, like I don't think we've ever done that before, lol.
  21. "People might assume that Verum Rex is the same title as a game Nomura was planning in the past (Versus XIII), but he says it isn't."
  22. I'm mostly expecting a new Disney world that didn't get to be featured in KH3...but how cool would it be if Nomura subverted expectations and made it a new original world that we haven't seen yet? Also, really looking forward to seeing the new story updates. Maybe we're finally reaching endgame after all? Or at least Keyblade War flashback missions?
