Any tips on getting the Ultima Weapon in KHFM? Like, easy items for synthesis?

What level should I be before I fight Xemnas? I'm on Proud, chose the Sword, and got rid of the Staff.
RoxSox repliedTip: Beat Hades Cup and earn Trinity Limit, then go to The End of the World, Final Rest, and go back into Linked Worlds (the green floor room)Launch Trinity Limit, go back to Final Rest, repeat.

Hm. I think, even on Proud mode, being level 48 was overkill on the first Riku boss. Beat him on my first try in under a minute. ._.

WHOA I beat Ursula without having to go to Halloween Town first, and I beat Oogie Boogie without dying!

So, the KHFM secret ending unlock criteria says you have to complete Jiminy's Journal, get all the puppies, seal all the keyholes, etc., but Proud mode also requires you to complete the journal, according to KH Wiki. My question is, how do you complete the journal? If the puppies are in the journal, wouldn't that mean I'd have to get all of them too?
RoxSox repliedYepp. You only have to do the journal for [Deep Dive] though, Another Side, Another Story is unlocked just by locking all of the keyholes.

So in KH Standard, I was level 45 and beat the Hades Cup with little to no problems. Should I be level 65 now that I'm on KHFM: Proud?

I got KH HD! For some reason I started on Proud mode and Soldiers keep killing me and it is much harder than BBS's Proud story. Maybe it's just 'cause I don't have block or dodge roll... IDK. I watched the Days scenes too, I loved them. DAT SAÏX VOICE WHO DOES SHADOW

Fierce Deity Link repliedHeh heh. Stealth Sneak was a huge problem for me, but I eventually beat him. I just got back to Traverse Town. The only bosses I REALLY am NOT looking forward to are Ursula and Riku. è_é

I played KH HD at the Gamestop EXPO and tried beating Sephiroth. Sora was level 100 and had the Ultima Weapon. I STILL LOST.
Fierce Deity Link repliedI tried attacking him right after being hit by the heartless angel thing. I didn't feel like trying again after that, as there were more games I needed to play.
