I hope so. I am frustrated with Square''s secrecy regarding Unchained Key.

Yeah it's oddly suspicious and quiet, and I only hope that the wait won't be too long. I also find it odd that they held a fan event for Kingdom Hearts and only showed the trailer to the hundred or few hundred people that have the time and money to be able to go to Japan. I don't think that sends a good message to the fans that a fan event is meant only for the fans who can afford to go to it.

Don't take this as me freaking out about the trailers. I've already accepted the fact that we might not get them, but I'm curious if anyone has thoughts about why there is a possible delay compared to the last even, that's all.

There's something quite odd about the delay of the release of the trailers for the D23 Expo 2015 event. After doing some research, I found out that the trailer for the Kingdom Hearts Fan Event at the D23 Expo Japan 2013 was released the same day that the event took place, while it's nearly been a week since the Kingdom Hearts event for this year's D23 event in Japan and we still haven't gotten the trailer. Anyone else find this incredibly suspicious? My thoughts are that Square Enix is either deciding whether or not to release it to the public or they are adding things to the trailers. Either way, if they don't release them soon, I feel like they will lose the respect of many fans considering how many of them are dealing with the situation. Anyone else have any thoughts? That may be true. I'm probably exaggerating because I think it's coming this year. Although they might be working faster than we think.

90-95% done I think. They just need to finish the ending, secret movie if there will be one, and finish up the voice acting I think, as well as make the character models prettier.

Hopefully we'll get a announcement for an international release date for December 2015.

Yes it was a cutscene, but there'd be no point in doing that for only one cutscene. And they might not have placed the new voice clips in for Sora( I'm assuming you're referring to the things he says during battle) yet, they haven't recorded them yet, or they find no need to re record things that Sora is going to say during battle if they're the same phrases from previous games.

I feel like we're going to get a worldwide release, otherwise why would they've shown us a trailer with a cutscene that was synched to the English voices as well as release a Japanese version that had the same cutscene that was synched to those voices?

So they've been recording it in sections then? He said that he's going to be going in from time to time to record more lines. Maybe they're doing/did it so that they would made a certain number of cutscenes and call them in to record them rather than doing it all at once.

But later in the same answer he says "we are hoping to achieve those types of lasting effects" indicating that they haven't done it yet, but we can see they have.

I find it interesting he used past tense when talking about the magic in KH3, when he said they wanted to. Not sure how to interpret it.

In 2003 when KH2 was announced, Nomura said it was too early to be announcing it, similar to what he said for KH3. There then was a two year long period of dry information, and then suddenly a bunch of info was released, which Nomura said was because he didn't want to release information until a debut period was in sight. For KH3, we have been given a bunch of new information after 2 years of nearly no information aside from little updates. Do you think it's possible that this is on purpose or is it just a coincidence, and if it is on purpose is a release date in sight?

I'm hoping for release date as well as a new trailer, possibly a trailer showing off the different worlds.

I have watched it frame by frame as well and I don't think the thing on top of the building to Sora's left is a Soldier.

I know there were a ton of new enemies but I just pointed this one out because I don't remember anyone saying something about it and I didn't know if anyone noticed it.

I was watching the trailer and I noticed in the corner of the screen when Sora uses the blizzard spell that an enemy appeared, which you could tell from the purplish smoke effect. You get a good look at the area when he is using flowmotion to attack the large body and there definitely is what looks to be a new enemy up there. It's in the upper left of the screenshot.

I really hope he was telling truth because I'm hoping for a release this year. I know everyone is saying it won't be out till December next year but if what he said is true and the voice acting is done, or at least most of it is, then they can finish up the details in the coming months considering they are probably working much faster now that they've gotten used to the new technology, and release it late this year or early next year.
