RE Kingdom Hearts: Dark Desires RP
- Arwen Nestarial, the Blighted Lady/Ithil, the Wraith - Traverse Town - It would seem that the group was irritable, impatient and not in the mood for this, though when the time came, mood would be irrelevant, yet Arwen decided, against the protests of Ithil in her mind that she simply blocked out, to concede with a sigh, though Stephen's shouting was not welcome. "You could at least keep your voice down, young man. You're lucky I'm on your side, not an ally of Xavier's." Arwen uttered, with a finger pointing down at him, then a thumb to herself and an aside gesture as she looked back to the rest of them. "Look, I apologise, but you must understand, while I said that if I were in his place you'd all be dead, it doesn't mean Xavier is incompetent. He cares not for your moods or convenience." She said, shaking her head and pointing to the skies as she mentioned Xavier. It didn't take long for Ithil to get restless and materialize next to Arwen, with a sullen expression. "To be fair, this was my idea. It was a test. I wanted us to see if you were at all impulsive, easy to anger or capable of judging someone beyond their cover." Ithil commented, but Arwen then stood in front of her, a little sheepish as she did. "Excuse her, she's not wrong, but she has no filter, so sorry if she insulted any of you." Her Wraith raised a finger in protest, then tried to peek around Arwen, who simply kept getting in her way. "It was an attempt to judge your characters from the get go. It failed and I'm sorr--ow! Hey!!" - Talion Glandur, "The Sunbreaker" - Had Enough - Talion had waltzed up to Arwen and Ithil in the middle of their chatter and simply grabbed Arwen by her ear, leaving her at his mercy despite her apparent power. "We can all have a good apologetic discussion and introduction later. Right now, we have a job to do. Now get in the ship, Arwen." Talion ordered, while revealing her name to all, which puzzled Arwen, though most would find it hard to see her being puzzled behind the scrunched up expression of pain she was constantly wearing as a result of Talion. "Wha--? H-How, do you--Ow! Leggo!" Arwen protested, waving her arms in futility, Ithil followed closely, almost unable to contain her urge to burst out laughing. "I will take full responsibility of anything that happens, just let her in." Talion assured Spectre, who was already on edge as it was, leading Arwen past him and to the Gummi Ship, finally releasing her ear but forcibly tapping her into the open doors. After a brief exhale of breath, Talion turned around completely to face the others and cleared his throat. "That's Arwen Nestarial, Bright Lady of Radiant Garden. I've heard of her in my travels and she is a Wraithbound. Very powerful, very kind, very, very compassionate. She was almost drowned in the Darkness of Radiant Garden's Keyhole, but she somehow pulled through, mostly the same, but the Darkness is still in her, it's bound to have effects, but let's discuss this further later. Now, all of you here, might I kindly suggest you all do one thing: Get in the Gummi Ship." Talion explained curtly, then pointed his thumb back to the ship door upon his "suggestion" and then marched into the ship after Arwen, bringing an end to the charade she began.

- Arwen Nestariel, The Gravewalker the Blighted Lady/Ithil, the Wraith - Approaching Menacingly - The military talk of Spectre made Arwen weary, but Alin provided much needed levity by pointing out her superior menace to that of Roxas, who had been possessed by the man who'd started this spectacle in the first place, yet he wasn't as intimidating. Arwen could only chuckle for a moment, her voice altered with a much deeper sounding backing to her ordinarily feminine voice, cluing them in further that she was dark indeed. "If I were in Roxas's place...I wouldn't have bothered taunting. I would have killed all of you, I would wipe your names from history, ensure you were forgotten, your deeds forgotten, nothing left but your ashes..." Shortly after she spoke, her left arm, shoulder and left side of her face were suddenly enveloped by her Wraith, Ithil, with her Face-Guard/Crown appearing in full on her face while her left eye changed to that of a pupil-less, white-green eye. "And for fighting such a pitiful enemy, we would promise no mercy to anyone else looking to put a stop to us. No quarter given!" Ithil spoke in dramatic fashion, her ethereal voice echoing through the district, assuring hand gestures followed throughout her speech, her right eye glowing a little more than usual as she closed her right hand into a fist as she gestured with her final line. Arwen then smiled, Ithil's partial form retreating back into her and she simply stood before them. "Now you decide: What am I? Friend, foe or something more? What happens next is on you." Arwen enunciated her second sentence with aside gestures, then extended both arms to her sides as if to say "Come at me.". - Talion Glandur, "The Sunbreaker" - Traverse Town - Talion, despite being on guard, merely listened to Arwen intently, internally feeling a little concerned when her Wraith took over for a moment. Both of them living in one body and as sinister seeming as the other. Yet Talion figured there must be something more to this. Xavier wouldn't just taunt, leave, then come and taunt again with a different puppet, surely not? As intriguing as this situation was for him, time was of the essence. "If you are here to join us, just say so. As much as I'd love to entertain your notions, we haven't an eternity to fix the calamities we are sure to encounter as a result of Xavier." Talion stated firmly, though his Battleaxe did spark a few little flames just in case it was needed.

- Talion Glandur, The Sunbreaker - Traverse Town with Zion - Talion listened intently to Zion as she confided in him, his own heart aching at the tragedy that had befallen someone so radiant. Her gratitude was voiced and appreciated by Talion, who too smiled with her under his helmet. "I don't intend on making promises I cannot keep..." Talion began, looking down at the ground for a moment in contemplation, then back up to Zion and nodded. "So I promise you, I will do all I can to help you get Xion back. On my life, I swear this." Talion spoke with affirmation, tapping his chest plate with a sideways fist upon his last words. "And you're welcome. If you ever need to talk again, I'm here." He concluded, though his feelings of relief were supplemented with confusion as what appeared to be a Catgirl descended from...he didn't know where, but her arrival hurt Zion and she immediately closed in on Jynn, the stranger who too came from the skies. He initially considered readying to fight, but Eclaire's words were that of scorning, almost like a child being told off, which only amused Talion who had to keep his laughter inside and just watched this unfold. Though it didn't take long for Talion to feel something was wrong...in the distance, he could feel a strong presence...a frightfully dark presence approaching. - Arwen Nestariel, The Blighted Lady/Ithil, the Wraith - Traverse Town - The doors to their District were pushed open, keen-eyed observers would immediately spot the wisps of Darkness seeping from the crack between the heavy, wooden doors before they even opened, all of which surrounded a very visible figure who lowered their arms and continued the walk they had set upon a long while ago, following up from the sounds of the battle that had concluded with the death of an Emblem Heartless. Much of the Darkness was reabsorbed by Arwen Nestariel, who's bright orange eyes would've been immediately visible to anyone who saw her approach, but she was not one woman, for the presence, the stench, of a Wraith was upon her spirit...and Darkness inhabited them both. Arwen chose not to say anything just yet, waiting for them to make their own conclusions first, wanting to see if they would judge her first. She instead just continued her walk towards the group and their Gummi Ship.

Character Sheet III Name: Arwen Nestariel, the Blighted Lady/Ithil, the Wraith. Age: 24/Unknown Gender: Female/Female Appearance: Keyblade: N/A Other Weapons: Lightdrinker, Blade of Malice, formerly Urfael, Beacon of Light - Arwen's weapon of choice, once a blade brimming with Light, it too was corrupted by her incident. A spectral copy is used by her Wraith when summoned or when representing Arwen. Aeglos, Glaive of Conquest - A heavy, harder striking spectral weapon, usable by Arwen by channeling Ithil through her. Storm Bow - An Archer's Bow, albeit spectral and usable by Arwen by channeling Ithil through her. Ring of Power - A ring with a Garnet Gem (Orange Crystal) that allows Arwen to channel Ithil's power. Formerly a Silver Band ring with blue inscriptions. Powers and Abilities: Wraith of Vengeance and Branding. Wraith of Vengeance: Arwen and Ithil are bound together and have been for a long, long time, yet their power was once a brilliant light capable of cleansing all that is dark and earned her quite the name and reputation in Radiant Garden. Since her tragic incident that corrupted the both of them and their power, she has become what is known as a "Nazgul", a ringwraith of terror, darkness and pain. While they can still summon the spectral Glaive and Bow they use all too often, their original powers over Light have been substituted for Blighted Light and Darkness and the power is slowly corrupting them further, only their combined willpower and their ring have kept the corruption at bay. Arwen can use the basic elements, and Poison, but Ithil's power is greater still. Elven Light, is a small-range AoE attack that focuses light to Arwen's left hand and when slammed to the ground releases the shockwave that blinds and disorients enemies. Grim Wraith, is the ability to send forth Ithil, on her own, to attack once, usually via an Execution of a weaker, distant enemy, or to keep a stronger enemy at bay while Arwen focuses on another. This can be chained 3 times in a row before Ithil needs to return to Arwen. Elven Agility is a passive bonus granted by Ithil, that increases Arwen's agility in combat and general movement. Branding: Functionally similar to Zugor's Brand, but it is the original and better. Instead of draining Light, Arwen's Brand restores lost Light, burns Dark beings and allows her to probe weaker minds and extract information, or just flat out torture them into submission. (Warning for next power, I really, really want it, but I feel like it's too powerful. Please tell me what you think, this took a lot of thought.) Arwen's Brand can also utilize the power of Domination, wherein a weakened Beast, Human or otherwise, if their will is broken, their body weakened or just defeated in battle and ready to die, can be semi-brainwashed and recruited into Arwen's Army, potentially able to turn an evil man into a paragon of virtue under her name, yet they can still act independently and with their personality intact. Domination is made possible through her Ring of Power and only under such circumstances and can still fail if the victim's will is simply too strong/unbreakable. It is functionally a finishing move, but one that spares the life of the victim. (I can remove all about Domination if you wish it, Thundaga. Personally, the addition of Overworlders made me feel adventurous. lol) Personality: Sincere, determined, expressive, compassionate, firm and noble, Arwen, once acquainted with, will practically dedicate her life to those she befriends and the innocent, her former radiance still apparent and even shining in spite of her corruption. She has acquired a more solemn outlook after her curse, yet she keeps her head held high and continues showing kindness and care to those who need it the most, her Light burning with all its might in the suffocating Darkness of her tainted body and spirit. Bio: Once the Bright Lady of Radiant Garden, the unlocking of its Keyhole spewed forth the pure essence of Darkness onto Arwen, who had attempted to help a Keyblade Wielder seal it back up by protecting them from the Heartless Hordes. Her Light was unmatched and they fell to her and Ithil's might, but the oncoming flood of Shadows broke though all of her defenses and instilled a deep corruption within her, forcibly transforming her Armour, Weapons, Wraith and powers in a matter of minutes. Radiant Garden still stands, but Arwen almost fell into Darkness, were it not for the strength of her Heart, her indomitable Will and the power of her Wraith and Ring. Ithil has been with her since her childhood, summoned by the donning of her Ring the first time and accepted her offer of bonding their spirits together, sealing their fates as one, and she was not about to let Arwen go now. They both emerged from the flood, changed, corrupted but still strong and bright. Now, the Wraithbound Warrior seeks the one who started this calamity in the first place and bring them to justice. Unfortunately, Arwen feels her time is limited. The corruption still spreads though her and is bearing down upon her Heart and Spirit. While she is not of Darkness yet, she is already displaying some concerning and malicious tendencies. Her ultimate goal is to find a way to purge hers and Ithil's corruption before they are completely lost to the Shadows, but while they have the time, they will help anyone all they can. WDW. (All right, what's the bad news? lol)

- Talion Glandur, "The Sunbreaker" - Traverse Town - The swift departure of the now malicious Roxas was not entirely unexpected. Talion suspected he had more in mind for them than simple Heartless Raids on Keyholes, or even killing them right there and then. Roxas leaving however, did not anger Talion, neither did Saros's failed attempt to capture or track him via a shadow. What truly set him off was Zion's weeping. Someone so determined to find the one they love, reduced to a weak, weeping wreck, her emotions were far from tempered, let alone controlled. Talion knew he was not a sterling example himself, but he had to do something to get her back to reality, so he walked toward the seemingly inconsolable Goddess of Light and took her shoulder. "That's enough now. I don't know who you are, but I know that Xion must matter to you more than the worlds themselves. But you cannot save her like this, not by wallowing in your sorrow, nor by dreading what comes next." Talion spoke softly, contrasting his harsh words, he then beckoned her to rise. "Now get up. One of your stature should not be reduced to their knees. If we are to find Xion, deal with whoever's controlling Roxas and protect the worlds, we need to stand strong. Please." If one listened carefully, one could almost hear that Talion, while comforting Zion, was begging her to come to her senses, to see someone so powerful and radiant on their knees nearly crushed him inside.

- Talion Glandur, "The Sunbreaker" - Traverse Town, Aftermath - The Opposite Armour could not withstand their combined and overwhelming might, blow after blow was landed upon the azure steel until it ruptured and failed the Heartless, causing it to explode and release the captive Heart to return from whence it came, with the remaining armour pieces disintegrating into nothingness. This battle was over, yet Talion couldn't help but feel uneasy...like it was merely the prelude of things to come. "I'm in one piece as well. I'm glad to see you're all holding up after that..." Talion uttered in reply to Susan, sheathing his Battleaxe and resting his flames, his aura returning to normal. "My name is Talion. Talion Glandur. I am at your service should you have further need of me, young Keyblade Wielder." He then introduced himself with a small nod and hand gesture to himself, rolling his shoulders as Zion, the Goddess of Light, made herself known, again to everyone else, with a Taco in hand. "You...have much power about you...are you a Master? Or something more...?" Talion felt her aura clear as day, but his thoughts couldn't progress further as the arrival of a young, sinister boy interrupted. This was Master Roxas. Corrupted, defiled by the Darkness. "Master Roxas? ...what manner of thing has been done to you?!" Talion had heard of the Guardians of Light, including Roxas, but nothing mentioned him being of the Darkness...yet the boy was not himself, as he personally declared during his gloating. Every word that came out of his stolen lips angered Talion further, but the arrival via Star Shard of another warrior surprised him, staring at him a little bemused. "...I-I'm sorry, but who in the worlds are you?" Talion found himself asking.

- Talion Glandur, "The Sunbreaker" - Traverse Town, Opposite Armour Attack - The remaining weaker Heartless were cleaned up with ease due to the power and sheer numbers of the warriors present in the 1st District, yet Talion was not quick to hope that their battle was over. Typically, this many waves of Heartless were just the warmup, the foot soldiers as it were, before the real threat emerges. He instead hoped the others were prepared when in short order, pieces of azure armour landed seemingly out of nowhere and gathered into a truly unusual form: Opposite Armour, as it was known by most, the stronger variant of the Guardian Armours simply by inverting its limbs and utilising a confusing fighting style. The massive Emblem Heartless began its attack immediately and several fighters responded in kind...the Darkness had barely begun to test the youths here, but even Opposite Armour can prove challenging nonetheless. Talion let out a battle cry and slammed Ouros to the ground headfirst, creating a Sunspot to fuel his flames and readied himself as the Armour reacted poorly to losing a leg and began barraging the Gummi Ship up above. The fist-fighter girl, Alin, had absorbed the power of Shadows from an ally and severely weakened the Armour and opened a window of opportunity against its chest, the True Armour and source of its power. Seizing the moment, Talion readied and threw Ouros directly at its chest, the explosion singing the cursed steel as he prepared to do this again, summoning another Ouros and continuing his barrage, throwing another straight for the head. The Sunbreaker's need to purge this Darkness overtook him, deactivating his Hammer of the Solar Flame and instead reaching for his Iron Battleaxe known as Felwinter, igniting its powerful flames before flourishing the massive weapon around him and charging the Opposite Armour in a righteous fury, throwing out a strong, downward swing upon the Heart-encased shell of a being.
