- Maxis - The Corrupted - Kilkis Seres - Maxis stood there, looking at Elia, stunned at the woman's attitude and guts. "Frankly, I don't see where I should care." Maxis replied to her, sounding like a real sociopath for a second as the woman continued. The woman, as much as Maxis hated to admit, seemed to have a point. But the moment she uttered the words Queen Maxis's hand latched onto Elia's throat, as he lifted her with no effort at all. If Jari or Elia paid attention to Maxis's aura, they'd notice a 'spark' per say, almost like something triggered the moment Elia spoke those words. Madness energy began to leak from Maxis's faceplate slightly. As another voice rung out, not coming out of him, but speaking directly to Elia's mind. "The Maxis you know, the once quirky retainer of the queen, failed his duty...and now he is no more...he i-" The voice was interrupted as Maxis let go of Elia, regardless if the woman fell to the ground or not, Maxis took a few steps back, mostly at horror, at himself even, he lashed out against someone innocent...worse yet, someone he knew...and was actualy friendly towards before. "GOD DAMN IT!" Maxis spoke, stumbling to a wooden table, next to Elia and Jari. As he slammed his head against it, one, two, three, six times as he finished he slumped onto the ground, clutching his head. A clone formed from his Shadow, and appeared near Elia. This one had a different tone than Maxis himself, he seemed more gentle. "With the queen's death, we are slowly losing ourselves to the madness that we sealed away with her help, this was the first sign, we attacked someone innocent, like you. I apologize on behalf of us, really." The clone spoke, this one seemed a bit more sane. he spoke in a low enough tone for only Jari and Elia to hear, so the other prying eyes couldn't. "We're melting down mentaly, we're a time bomb now..." The clone spoke as he walked over to the original Maxis and placed a hand on his shoulder, "Which is why we have to find the killer...and fast." It spoke, as it melted away onto his shadow as the real Maxis slowly got up. "Im sorry..." He muttered. In a truly apologetic and anguished tone, almost as if he was in pain.

Being a short guy amidst tall friends if awkward as hell. Nobody notices or pays attention to you, damn it.

- Alin - Punchy McPunchFace - At the beach with the group.- "Wait...So the ship will actualy do something other than just be a target?" Alin spoke with genuine surprise, much to the dismay of the squad of soldiers. Ignoring the thought of fighting a nobodified deity, which would be rather hard, what with her having no weapons other than her fists. And now they were to cross the sea, "I always wanted to cross the sea with a flying starship giving ups fire support from above. count me the heck in!" Alin spoke, excited for once. "I just hope nobody gets seasick easily." She commented. (Really didn't have much to say, sorry).

- Talus - The Eye of the Void - Tailing Medics - 'Interesting...' Talus thought as he tailed the medics in void mist form, as expected, the emperor would get an entire squadron of medics and guards to come to his aid. As he saw guards join up with them, much to his dismay, this would be harder than he thought, since guards were now in play. going right in and killing the emperor would be rather reckles...unless. One of the guards ran through, next to him, unable to detect Talus's presence in mist form, as he passed through, Talus concentrated a small ammount of void particles around the man's back, faint, and pretty much invisible even up close. What was this? Well, a bit of preparation never hurt anybody. He continued to tail the guards and medics as they ran to the Emperor.

Meanwhile Typhon's about to get dragged into something he has no prior experience in. This'l be interesting. Oh and Jari's not going to have a good time with Maxis's around, just sayin.

- Maxis - The Wicked - Seres's encampment - Maxis was rather delighted to hear Jari's response, which was a rather high pitched scream, which caused almost everyone in the vicinity to shift their attention to Maxis and the boy-fox. Maxis took a moment to glance around, eyeing everyone that had their eyes on them, none of them looked important. So Maxis simply ignored them as he looked right back at Jari, straight into the boy's eyes. His hollowness was even more apparent face to face. If Jari were to look further into Maxis's helmet he'd see absolutely nothing. Just an empty armor staring right into his soul. "Well...that was certainly an answer...not the one I wanted though." Maxis's voice lowered in pitch at the last words as he looked at Jari's friend, who sat beside him. "Excuse me miss, this'l be just a second." Maxis spoke, with a friendly gesture of his hands as he turned back to Jari. "Now you see, little man. I am very, very angry and very, oh so very distraught lately because of what happened to my queen." Maxis spoke, not letting go of the boy's shoulder, in fact, he tightened the grip on it just to add extra pressure. "So if you could be a dear, could you tell me where Yevgeni is before I end up popping someone?" Maxis's casual tone, mixed in with the sadistic and demonic finish added even more intimidation onto his mannerisms. As Maxis waited for Jari's answer. Without.Averting.His.Gaze. Literaly staring the boy dead in the eye. - Ivany - The Mad Alchemist - Alongside Meksis - "Well, Maxis was just a matter of time...sad to say, the seal that bound him to the queen was his last resort at keeping...whatever it was that resided within him in check." Ivany explained, with a pained and sad tone. And with the followup of Meksis's explanation of what was going on with him, she feared he was soon to be just like Maxis. But she wasn't going to let it happen, no. Meksis was different from Maxis, both in person and in design... Ivany sat down in her chair, a few meters away from Meksis. As she sighed, "I don't think Maxis ever explained how your generations of armor worked huh?" ivany asked Meksis a rhetorical question. "According to the books Maxis brought me about your kind, it seems to me you are of the second generation of armors. Made to be more resistant to corruption, which was a common thing in your time." Ivany went ahead to explain some of it. "Unlike Maxis, who had almost no protection to the corruptive sources of the time, you had something else that protected you, you had a different entity, which soaked up part of the corruption you would receive, you see, the researchers from the era decided to use your body after your soul was transferred to the armor as a...well...a sponge to the corruption, any of it your armor self would come in contact with would be sent to the original body." Ivany stopped, as she pondered for a second, before a look of shock overtook her expression. "it can only mean one thing..." she spoke, as she ran to some books she had on the corner, picking one up and reading it a bit in the right page. "Oh crap..." ivany spoke, slamming the but shut as she walked over to Meksis. "Your other self...your original body, is out there. And since he isn't in the state in which he can soak up your corruption anymore...you're building up on it." Ivany spoke, sitting back down on her chair. as she waited for Meksis's reaction. - Henry - The Dreadnought - Mystras camp - Henry watched Raiden's speech and actions thorougly as the man recived a letter from the owl, which was surprising, not only to Henry but to the crowd as well it seemed. Henry folded his arms as Raiden gave the order to not continue further conflict until this was resolved. "Yeah, we can only wait and see their reaction..." Henry managed to reply to Aura's comment as he watched Raiden walk off and enter a tent. The same one the man had left before giving his speech. "Im going to have a talk with Raiden, Helios, if you want off I don't blame you." Henry warned the others and Helios, whom was still in ferret form sitting on his shoulder and head. As he began his march to Raiden's tent. he did not care about the guards that gave him disrespectful and ugly stares as he walked towards it. He wasn't exactly liked around the camp, but he didn't rightly gave a damn about his reputation. "I was about to ask the same thing." Henry spoke, as he entered Raiden's tent, seeing Rabiyu already inside, only being able to catch her asking the man about the occurences of last night, and nothing else. He looked at Rabyiu for a second before turning his attention to Raiden. "Excuse my intrusion." Henry spoke, not in a tone that apologized, but more of a blank one. "I've come face to face with Shiva before, and she didn't feel like any common fey, her power was great, so what happened exactly..." Henry asked Raiden. - Typhon - The Last Bug - Jynn's abode - Typhon's lack of expression was a good thing at this moment, as Jynn spoke to him and Jeremy that when the bird came back, possibly with a letter of approval from Raiden, they'd set off into the...battlefield? the thought of cruising a battlefield was troubling to Typhon, he could handle himself fine, sure. But he didn't want to go to an all out battle...if there were one. "What." Typhon reacted to Jynn's orders with an extra flat tone. "So much for laying low..." Typhon muttered to himself, "Fine, i'l help you out Jynn, such as long as you don't mind having a wanted species tagging along." Typhon spoke, shrugging.

Well I was thinking of having Henry approach Raiden on his tent, so it works out. Im imagining Henry, arms folded, with the poutiest frown you can imagine. Accepting his fate, slowly.

Henry already has experience being up in the air. He had to help hold Aura so she wouldn't fall off Helios. If he gets literaly carried, he'l look pouty as hell.

Ah, I see. Misread it a bit...whoops. Either way, offer still stands if Mariel and Sif want a not so normal human to tag along.

Damn, a lot of people are going to the murder place of Shica. ...Does Mariel and Rabiyue mind if Henry tags along as well? I've been wanting him to get onto something for a while now.

"If you won't cooperate i'l have to teach you some man-" Whoever was still inside the area of the meeting, they would notice a guard flying like a ragdoll from the entrance, smashing into a table as Maxis strolled in casualy. "WHAT IS UP MY PEOPLE!" Maxis announced to everyone. "Im baaaaaaaack!" Maxis spoke, sounding jolly and excited, albeit the crowd probably wasn't. "The guard tried to hit me, it was self defense, I swear. Anyway. I hear we are under new management now...How sweet." Maxis spoke to everyone, making his presence clear. "So...Whats going on here?" Maxis asked, he had missed the speech so he was totaly in the dark right now. He spoke, as he strolled over to a kitsune boy, Jari Coriander, and placed a hand on his shoulder. "Hey there fella, care to fill me in?" Maxis spoke. his voice twisting midway into a threatening, demonic voice.

Still...im sorry for all that happened, and sorry for any damage I caused on my way out of KIlkis Seres. Im with your father right now, he's not in the best of states either." "Ps. Alastor stood steadfast at Arthur's outbursts and responses, even with the boy's lightning outbursts, his raw and uncontrolled energy were a threat mostly to himself, as outbursts like that could easily endanger the wielder's life. Alastor simply looked at Arthur dead in the eye as the boy shouted, screamed and when Arthur finaly got to the last statements. The boy would be interrupted by Alastor flash stepping to him, delivering a punch aimed at the boy's gut, to promptly shut him up, abd strong enouhg to knock the boy on his ass if it landed. "Listen to yourself." Alastor spoke, this time in a tone aimed at dimishing Arthur, "Raving without thinking clearly." Alastor spoke, grabbing Arthur by the collar, "Yes, the rulers of our world decided it was best to exile her to the world below, I would have gladly had her executed." Alastor answered Arthur's beginning statements before letting go of the boy. "You tell your king about her, what will he think? And what will Midnea do? She will hide, she will plot more than she already does, she will sic her punishers on us and there will be more meaningless death, possibly even the death of Alderon himself if you talk." Alastor spoke, turning his back to Arthur as he stepped to gain distance between them. "She currently plots to take over the overworld, and we're already too spread out as we are with the remaining of Shiva's army and the continuation of the war, you rat her out, you're adding a new faction into this conflict. Now do you understand?" Alastor spoke, his voice clear and direct, but serious. "Act reckless like that and you will be dead before you can get near her, her followers will murder you and everyone you know and care about, and with your pitiful magic power you won't even put a dent in them." Alastor taunted Arthur's untrained power, and add in a few good points of what would happen if the boy spoke to Alderon about it. "If you truly love her, charging right in is not the solution, we will deal with Midnea in due time, Arthur, and I assure you that I will see to her demise and your princess's cure myself. But you can't be reckless with this." Alastor spoke, turning around and looking at the boy dead in the eye. "And besides you won't get far with your power the way it is. You over use it and you'l soon be expending your own life force on it, uncontrolled magic has a horrible strain on one's body." Alastor pointed out.

I wonder if she is onto Henry being posessed by Ariana. Or if she feels something different.
